I’ve always had a very good experience with Verlo in Naperville. The product is excellent and the customer service is amazing. There are no high pressure tactics involved and I feel that I have received every bit of product for which I’ve paid. I will never buy a mattress anywhere else.

From first visit to test out mattress through to delivery and set up on new mattress/bed frame, all Verlo staff were terrific - very friendly and they followed up and followed through on everything they said they would do.

Jonathan helped me decide which mattress was best for me. MOST helpful with information but not pushy or over-bearing. Very clear on what the mattress was made of, how I would receive it, etc.etc. Answered questions I hadn't even thought of.

The staff at Verlo went above and beyond to fulfill our order on short notice! Sales staff were helpful and patient (no pushiness whatsoever) and helped us find a perfect solution in our budget and to meet our needs. When I came to pick up the mattress, they even helped me load it in the trunk as I am unable to lift things. Of course, we love that we can rebuild the mattress instead of replace down the road, but we were also very impressed by the team at the Naperville location. Thank you, Kieren and Alex!

Just purchased our 3rd Verlo mattress, to replace one we had for 15 years (our kid has the other, and loves it). The previous Verlo mattress held up very well, but it was just time for a change. Our new mattress is great! The whole shopping experience through the delivery was great. They really try to help you find the mattress and comfort level that is best for you. Knowledgeable and helpful...thanks Manny! Most of their products are built/made/assembled on-site which is pretty awesome (the delivery guy said he had built our new mattress the day before). Love that you can still get a double sided mattress from Verlo when many mattress makers do not offer that option anymore. If there does happen to be a comfort issue after you sleep on it (at any time within your guarantee... a month, a year, 5 years, etc), they will take it back to the shop and adjust the mattress to your liking. Truly custom. I don't know of any other mattress companies providing a service like that. If you need a new mattress and there is a Verlo store in your area, this place is a must visit. You will not be disappointed.

Quality of our new bed is great. Very comfortable as we went with the double pillow top. Manny was great to work with and the delivery guys were prompt and quick. Definitely recommend. Pay for great quality so you don't need a new bed in just a couple of years.

I had no idea Verlo was still around! I purchased my set believe it or not in 1985 from your store on 52 (Jefferson St) in Joliet. Its in my guest room now and I have many compliments how comfortable it is but I don't tell them its almost 40 yrs old. Im so bummed I didn't know you were still around. Can the customer still watch you make it? That part was pretty cool too besides your exceptional product quality. You Guys Really Rock 👏

What a great experience! Manny at the store was very helpful with picking the right mattress for us. Four days after ordering, our bed was delivered by the most efficient setup team! Factory/chemical smells entering our home is very toxic for us. Our mattress was made the day before and has absolutely no funky smells. My sister bought the same bed 10 years ago and highly recommends Verlo, too. Couldn’t be happier!!

Best mattress you can buy. Customer service was outstanding. In addition to buying a new mattress that is great, my 10 year old Verlo king mattress was taken and refurbished under my old contract for only $100. And now that one feels brand new as well.

Our first Verlo mattress was a queen and it has lasted over 10 years. It's still in excellent condition but we decided to get a King. So we bought another Verlo. We are so pleased with it! The main reason we purchased our first Verlo is that they can be flipped. It also came with a great guarantee! We have never needed to use the guarantee cause we have never had problems with it losing its shape. And most importantly, we sleep beautifully with no aches and pains whatsoever. Finally they are made here! I can't recommend them enough. Over the years we have bought cheaper mattresses for our kids and none have them have lasted. These are by far the best mattresses out there. Visit a show room. The owner and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It is so important to get a good nights sleep. These mattresses are a great investment in your health and overall well-being.

Had a Verlo mattress growing up and it is still going strong at my parents house. Came back to get a queen bed as an adult and it’s like sleeping on a cloud. I love that Verlo is local, has great warranties, and professional and knowledgeable service. It’s definitely an investment but so worth the money to sleep well every night.

Salesman Manny helped us get just the right mattress. They were able to deliver earlier than originally scheduled. We came back to Verlo after eight years of a crummy mattress (off-brand). So glad we came back. The new mattress is terrific! The difference is like night and day.

I love our Verlo V9 double flip king. My husband didn't understand my love for this bed until he got in and fell asleep without tossing and turning and woke up refreshed. Now he tells everyone about it, and so do I.
