As always Nicole and her staff are amazing! I love to shop at the Naperville location and Bolingbrook coz store always so nice and clean and easy to shop. Especially Naperville Nicole is always friendly and she does an amazing job. Thanks Naperville staff❤❤❤

I really love Loft. Like most of my work clothes are from here. Like every time I get a compliment on something it is from there. And the people who work there are amazing too. I really don't enjoy shopping and they go out of their way to help you find clothes that flatter your shape and make you feel amazing! I will always come back here!

Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. I went in to browse and ended up purchasing some items. The store manager, Amelia, was very kind and told me about the promotions which helped me save money! I was very happy with my products and service and will definitely shop there again!
