Crunch Fitness - Schaumburg

These guys are amazing. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff especially the management. Hard to beat for the price. Nothing is even close. Equipment on point too. It’s a lifters gym. Machines that actually give you results unlike LA fitness or god forbid Planet fitness lol. Highly recommended.

Thanks to HIIT class from Koji T, now I only have to visit gym 3 times a week for 45 min only. proper combination of cardio and resistance. Group class atmosphere helps you to try harder and judgements free fun. It helped to control my diabetes, control food craving up to 2 days after each class and after regular continuous classes had achieved fat loss. I could have never achieved the result by doing it by myself alone or by spending more time in gym.

I love the equipment and I love that they have air conditioning in the summer ..

A big shout-out and thank you to whoever is controlling the music because there is a broader mix for different musical tastes..

Great gym! I'm visiting from Tampa Bay and there's everything here to get a great workout whether you're looking for HIIT heavy lifting or beginner training!

Great gym in schaumburg with two floors, cardio upstairs (elevator is available) and weights in the first floor, moreover, group workout classes offered regularly throughout the week. Also, tanning and a hydro-massage bed are included in the Peak membership.

This place works well for me because of the location and reasonable price. Facility is kept clean and equipment is well maintained only left out of order briefly at times. Staff is attentive and always available to help.

I have been working out at the crunch Schaumburg for a year now and have been very happy with this gym. The staff is very friendly and I couldn’t be happier with the cleanliness of the facility. I was so impressed with the gym I wanted to have my wife and 3 children get signed up. John made the process easy and really made us feel comfortable with signing up. I’ve been to gyms where they try pressuring you to sign up, but John didn’t give that impression. He let us know there was no pressure in signing up. I’ve never been so proud to be a member of a gym.

Had everything I wanted, good amount of machines, really liked their freeweight area, had an area with punching bags and monkey bars which looked fun. There was a nice area for athletic drills and a couple deadlift platforms too. Definitely my gym of choice any time I'm in Illinois, staff were friendly too and the songs from the radio were very motivating for working out.

I have been a member of Crunch Fitness in Schaumburg for several months now. I love the variety and quality of equipment that they have, the friendly staff and the convenient location. The one on one personal training they provide and group classes are definitely one of the best out there! I had my first session with Alex where he got to know me personally and also asked about my goals and needs. He also gave me a few tips to improve my workouts! He was very professional and I could tell he has a great passion for helping people. If you are looking for a local gym with many options definitely give Crunch Fitness a try!

I love Crunch! The facility provides equipment in good condition and a bright, positive atmosphere for working out. The staff is friendly and approachable, especially manager Tom King, who has helped accommodate myself/guests and family members at Crunch as well!

Crowded, but a good vibe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The district manager was in-house that night. He was helpful and accommodating. Personal training setup, we will see how it goes.

I started working out at Crunch Fitness in Schaumburg at the beginning of the year, wanting to finally become healthy and happy with myself. John is honestly absolutely the best! He made me feel super comfortable and asked me what were my fitness goals. I was extremely reassured with how knowledgeable he is and how he has started my journey into fitness. I used to feel super anxious about going to the gym and now this place feels like a second home. I am extremely happy with my progress and I can't wait to see how much I will be able to grow and flourish here with these outstanding people 🖤

Great gym. Workers were really nice and felt comfortable working out here. Everyone seemed to just be there to get a workout in and do their business. Their equipment was newer with ones that I've never seen before. Definitely will be returning.

Isabella at the front desk is the best! The last 2 years, always smiling and great energy. She makes the club a great place to workout. Thanks for all you do! Great facilities and price. The manager Matt and his team care!

The gym has only been open for 5 days, but I am already impressed. The staff have been really friendly, encouraging, & helpful. I have taken seven classes so far and they all have been challenging (but not overwhelming) & fun. So far, this gym is a great value for the cost of the membership.

Crunch Schaumburg is great. They have all of the equipment that you could possibly need, and also have great amenities. The place is always clean and kept up nicely. The only negative is the water filter seems to be "red/bad" quite often, but I would assume that's from so much use. It would be amazing if there was another drinking fountain on the upper level. Love it here!

I've been working out at Crunch Fitness since April and I can only say positive things about this gym. It's never crowded, the equipment is always clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly. I'm working with their personal trainer Georgi for a couple months now and I have to say he is the best. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition and the human body. Georgi definitely knows what he is talking about and I've learned so much from him about how my body works. I'm always looking forward to my sessions with him. It's always fun but effective and Georgi always encourages me that I can do the things I think I can't do. I've become much stronger and really got to know that I'm capable of doing so many things I didn't know I could do. I highly recommend Georgi and Crunch Fitness.

Willing to work with you, if you run into any problems. The locker rooms are 5 star clean every time I come in and that is a huge plus in my book. It isn't necessarily crowded or super busy but... They could use more area for benches, to use with the free weights. They have plenty of free weights located all throughout the gym but they don't go very high in weights. (dumbbells, I think 85 max?) Definitely would say check it out.

Just started this month, there was no pressure to upgrade to a more expensive planplan, the person who helped me was Brett. I really only ever do cardio and use the machines so the basic one is fine for me. Plan was explained well and the costs. I asked for a copy of the contract and it was emailed to me.

People are pretty friendly but leave you alone if you just seem like you want to get in and out.

I preciously only went to the YMCA so to me there's plenty of machines and it wasn't to crowded later in the week.

A good experience so far, I will update if my feelings change.

Nice gym environment with great day pass rates for my work trip. Tom and the whole team took care to make us feel welcome. Great culture.
