Jewel osco is always a saver when it comes for late dinner times! You can basically find everything you need to cook yourself a good supper. Really convenient that they work until midnight! Got myself couple of things tonight. Guess what I’m cooking??

Krystal the cashier was so kind. She had two mean costumers before me and she was so patient with them. I felt really bad for her because I’m sure jewel osco doesn’t pay their employees enough to be dealing with adults throwing fits over tiny inconveniences.

I want to extend my thank you to Marcella who helped us to resolved wrong billing.

We found by mistake billing person charged us other customer products also and we found this over charged next day. We went there and initial one customer representative without listening us directly told us we can’t do anything called billing help. But then Marcella come to us voluntarily and heard us and took pain to see CCTV and all and in very quick moments she helped us and gave back refund.

Jewel Osco should appreciate there workforce no by just number of years of job but looking how they helped customers above and beyond.

This was a good Jewel visit. The items I needed were all in stock. The store was very clean. And the checkout was very efficient even though there was a line it moved fast.

It was fine! The hot food smelled great, some cold cuts were short-dated but that's every place that sells food. My only problem was that the powder-drink-mix id nvr think it was in a half aisle going the opposite way of the rest of the food aisle lol! Wish the baskets were slightly longer and deeper.... I hate pushing carts and the basket almost does the job right.... almost lol

This Jewel-Osco has the friendliest employees that I’ve been to the atmosphere. They seem to be just a fun group pointed me quickly to the hell where I needed my items the stores, not busy, fast checkout, and great prices.

Good store. Usually has what I need and has decent sales. Grocery is well stocked and produce has many fruits and veggies for competitive price. Meats are fresh and seafood as well. I like their wine selection too and broad choice of local beer. Could have a few more cashiers tho lines are usually long for checkout but overall good service.

I ordered some flowers for my daughter’s engagement party. Sonia in floral department went above and beyond in helping me. From placing the order, following up with me to helping me load the buckets of flowers in the car, she was amazing! Thank you , Sonia, for helping me with an event of such great importance for our family!

I love Jewel-Osco, My mom shopped there when I was a kid and it still the most cleanest well kept store, Their produce can’t be beat!! Even the Osco is great as well as the Pharmacists. I’m praying they don’t sell out to Marcianos?? There’s not a good selection; All cheap Kroger brands with HIGH prices, No variety, even with the bakery goods, not so good.

We ordered tres leches cake, cake chef Chandini had created beautiful and tasty cake for our daughter’s birthday. Thank you so much for making our occasion memorable. Highly recommend

Clean store, well stocked, good prices this weekend..

Dave and Mary Ann who are the self checkout purple and also managers at this Jewel are absolutely amazing they bend over backwards for every single person they meet they always have a smile on their face no matter what is going on and they are always eager to assist you. I wish there was more of them in the world

Always our go-to shop when we are in the area. They are conveniently located and pretty inexpensive. We got a chocolate birthday cake from the bakery and it was divine! The woman in the bakery was sweet and helpful!

Great Deli staff with a lot of patience for rude customers for sure. Very helpful, wish more people were nice to them. A rude person came in to complain about a very slight mistake and pointed several fingers and they just remained calm the whole time and apologized and corrected it. Despite the rude customer they handed it very very professionally. If there was a tip jar I would have given them one just for that to show them a lot of us appreciate them.

Staff there is very nice. Be kind to them please. They do a great job.

The manager of the store is a very nice man too. I see him stocking the shelves himself. Helps you with just about anything.

I work at Schaumburg Honda Automobiles and we frequently cater food from the deli to feed our employees on Saturdays and always have a good experience. Today for Thanksgiving we fed the whole dealership and ordered more food than we ever had . Steve and his team did an amazing job , 400 pieces of Chicken ,all the sides all ready on time. They helped me out to my car to load the food. It was an awesome experience. Thank you for the great service from. Schaumburg Honda

A. Best Pharmacy hands-down.

The pharmacist, Mike, is incredible.
I can always count on his welcoming and friendly, "Hello" everytime.

His servant/leadership mentality really shines through every pharmacy employee. (& fellow pharmacist too- sorry I don't know everyone's names!!)

Short staffed and busier than ever, Mike stays reposed, handles each task with a sense of urgency while also ensuring he remains accurate and organized. Most importantly, he ensures your questions aren't just answered but that you understand. Medications, billing, processes, etc., he does his best to provide you with your options or with a recommendation of who to speak with. (Again all the pharmacy staff I have worked with or spoken to has been just as kind)

B. Majority if not all staff are always willing and able to answer a question. You won't have to look far. If they aren't busy with someone else or their task, it's as if their job is to be available without stalking you around the store. Lol

It may seem small but in my opinion a notable experience..

A few months ago I was obviously lost in the produce section, thinking I'm crazy to not see a box of bundled cilantro... I noticed an employee walking towards me, heading to the employees only door, when I reached out to ask him for his help.

He wasn't the "assigned" produce guy that day but without hesitation, he smiled through his mask, and happily walked over to help. He then noticed it was missing as well..

** Typically this is when I get told in a patronizing tone of voice " I guess we're out of that today" ... and if you dare ask them to check in the back they will quickly reply with a not so convincing response of "if it's not out on the floor we don't have anymore..."**

He excused himself to the back and It was only a few moments later when came out with a cart of the entire box of the cilantro along with other miscellaneous produces items that were clearly missing from the shelves.

We had a short conversation about what I was making for dinner while, again not the employee in charge of the produce section, he restocked the missing items to their shelves. He welcomed me to the area since I recently relocated here and has always had a smile since!

I usually find whatever it is that I'm looking for when I go to this jewel. What's exceptional is Maureen at self check out. She always has the greatest demeanor, friendly, helpful and patient. Lately things have been so dim with all of the worlds affairs but she shares a ray of positivity and Cheer. She is definitely an asset to the shopping experience. Thank you Maureen J.

Had a fantastic experience with Nicholas in the Chef’s Kitchen. We hosted a company party where I needed to fulfill a large order of Thanksgiving meals and he was on it from the moment we spoke. I even threw a curve ball and asked last minute for extra meals and he assured me my request would be met. Even during the height of
the Covid Vaccinations when they were beyond slammed with people in need of the shots they never made us feel like we were bothering them!
The Staff is incredibly patient and treats us like freiens who they are always there for!!
From head Pharmacist Denisea, Pharmacist Carolyn, Kathy, Cindy, and the rest of their team have us a customers for good!!
