Christmas weekend dining alone on the road close to home after a long fog covered drive Lucky me...! My mood was quickly elevated as the interaction with Jessica was a great boost to my well being. The open enthusiasm that jessica projected made everything all right again.. nothing like a genuine smile to make all those miles forgotten Great staff

I'm giving the food 3 stars because the food was salty so I couldn't enjoy it I had to stop eating. My husband liked it though.

Stop to get a bite to eat while on a road trip. I have to say this place had very good customer service, clean tables, the food actually had good flavor. Our server was a very nice lady. We were kind of skeptic because every other Applebee's back home is horrible on service and food. This place deserves all my 5*s.

Me and the spouse eat here all the time! We love the 2 for menu makes for amazing food at and affordable price!! Love the mashed potatoes and the loaded Mac and cheese!! Highly recommend!

2pm we stopped for late lunch …Ben was our server…he was so polite and accommodating …always smiling. Chicken wrap and fries were hot and so good. Topped it off with dessert! Highly recommend

If you stop by this place, definitely try the Chicken Wonton Tacos 🌮 and A Chocolate Lava Cake With Ice Cream For Dessert 🍨 Mmmmmm!! 🤤

This experience at Applebees was amazing. The salad I had was the best salad I’ve ever tasted, the steak was cooked perfectly, and our waitress was so friendly! The manager even came around and asked how the food was. Loved eating here and I can confidently say I’ll be back!

Never had an issue here. Food got to us in a timely manner, didn't have to wait to be seated, tvs with various sports to watch, very chill. The wife and I go here when we're in B/N

We were there on Sunday after church, it wasn't busy when we arrived. No complaints, even the music wasn't too loud like at so many other places.

Oscar went above and beyond to make sure my delivery order was made and arrived after a Door Dash issue! Great to work with and extremely helpful as well as pleasant during these crazy times! He’s why we LOVE Applebee’s!

Everyone was very friendly, good food and relaxing atmosphere.

We had a great waiter. We went for my daughters 3rd birthday and he made her feel extra special by offering her sundae first thing. She was so excited for it she ate most of her food. He made sure she had the sundae as soon as she was finished with her food. Thank you guys so much!!

I usually try to visit local restaurants while I'm visiting various towns for work but the past couple times I've been in Normal I've decided to visit this Applebee's. The bartender, Tyler I think his name is, is always friendly and attentive. Food has always been delicious and served pretty quickly. I got to see the manager interact with her staff tonight as well and she was treating them like family which was nice to see.
They have a current special for $4.99 margaritas and any burger on Mondays are only $8.99 which are both great deals
