CrossFit Phoenix 815

CrossFit Phoenix is a great place for a fantastic workout, making friends and having fun. The coaches are very knowledgeable and tailor the workouts for every individual based on your personal abilities and goals. No matter what your physical condition is they will make sure your workout is the best it can be. I highly recommend CrossFit Phoenix and the very experienced staff for anyone, weather you are just starting your fitness journey or an experienced athlete. This place is great.

I joined CrossFit Phoenix in May of 2022 and have had a great experience. The coaches are phenomenal. They take the time to teach you the proper mechanics and push you to improve every workout. The culture is like nothing I have ever experienced. The members are welcoming and supportive. Everyone there pushes you to do your best and are always there to celebrate your accomplishments. I have seen some great results in the time I have been a member here and am excited to see where I can take my fitness level to.

I joined CrossFit Phoenix Six months ago and i couldn’t be happier. Luis and the other coaches are very helpful. The gym is always really clean and organized. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong with CrossFit Phoenix !

I Joined crossfit a few weeks ago and when I tell you I am soooo happy with my decision to get in shape. I joined crossfit to help me to start my journey. (I have not seriously worked out in over 10 years) However because I resaerched crossfit and met with them and talked about my goals and how benefitial crossfit is I got so excited. I also love the vibe here everyone is encouraging and very welcoming. Coach Luis is an amazing coach he makes sure I understand how to correctly do the movements to ensure I dont injure myself he explains what each workout does for my body. He also encourages me throughout the workout to keep going. I joined this family of great people at the end of June 2021 will be a year ago. I had not been in any gym for 2 years. I met with Luis and felt comfortable from the very beginning. He made sure I was knowledgeable and capable of doing the workouts before releasing me to workout with the crew.

I have discovered an enteral drive to keep getting better, and this comes from the great positive coaches as well as the camaraderie from everyone around. I’m very pleased and love everyone here at the gym.

The gym is always clean, there’s a bathroom with a clean private shower that allows me to workout in the morning and shower before work. I highly recommend our gym to those who want a better lifestyle and those who are looking for a family environment.

I’ve been a memeber of CrossFit Phoenix 815 for just over 4 years now. I used to workout at a global gym and wasn’t getting the coaching and challenges I needed. I would recommend our gym to anyone and everyone. Best box of the Fox.

I have been going to CrossFit Phoenix 815 4-7 days per week for almost a full year now. The results have been amazing. From day one I felt welcomed by the entire community. I was visiting the area from Arizona and decided to drop-in for a class on Friday morning. The facility was great, but the people and community were even better. Everyone was so welcoming and really made me feel at home. I loved it so much that I decided to go back for a second class on Saturday. The coaches took their time to explain the movements and Wayne was very responsive via email. I'd highly recommend whether you're looking for a home gym or visiting from out of town!

I started at CF 815 in Feb 2020 after years of running and not incorporating weights. The results and strength gains I have seen by following the programming and the encouragement of the box has been great. The focus on proper mechanics and coaching has really helped me in improving strength on Olympic lifts along with pullups. The team atmosphere to push you beyond what you think you can do really drives results and friendly competition. Come see what they have to offer, you will be impressed with what you can accomplish.

Just started as a beginner at CrossFit Phoenix 815 just a few weeks ago. I was very nervous not knowing what to expect from CrossFit. Just over 3 years ago I walked into CrossFit Phoenix and from that point on, I found my new life. CrossFit Phoenix at the time had coaches that changed my life and made me the best athlete, coach, person, and got me in the best shape of my life. With that I became top 100 of the fittest athletes in the world in 2013 and 2014. It made me want to do the same for others so I became a coach and every day I get to help improve people's lives through fitness and to reach their ultimate goals. A better life through happiness, fitness and health is our goal. CrossFit is for everyone and that is the beauty of our sport :)

I've been part of the Crossfit Phoenix family since it's inception. I love the staff and I love the friends I have made working out here. The classes are kept small which has helped me grow as an athlete and prevent injuries. Their motto that everyone is welcome is very true. The coaches and athletes are so welcoming.

The coaches are knowledgeable and focus on proper form and technique. The programming is both fun and challenging. I've met some of the best people and some of my best friends at this box. We are a community of great people that like to get stronger together 💛

I'm in my 50s and have been running for 30 years. I was looking for something different to do and decided to try crossfit. A friend of mine recommended Phoenix Cross fit . I walked into my first class completely lost. It was soon turned around by the staff. They are the most sweetest , supportive coaches . Sure , there are things I've never attempted before in my life , but they help you and coach you right through it. Being a runner it was up to me to push myself. It is nice to have people push you and support you at the same time. What is also fun is the other athletes in the class are just as supportive and want you to succeed. I love going to class now and actually for the first time in my life enjoy working out. Also , I lost weight and gained muscle having fun !!

Simply a wonderful community with athletes of all fitness levels that are provided some best of class coaching, atmosphere and camaraderie. There are lots of boxes in the area but I can't imagine going anywhere else. After 30 years of weight lifting and various athletic pursuits, at 50 years old I look and perform at the highest levels ever.THANK YOU CF Phoenix!

Anyone who crossfit and did not like it...you went to the wrong box. Crossfit Phoenix is amazing. Fantastic owner, wonderful coaches, inspiring teammates!!! Couldn't ask for anything more. Smaller class size allowing for that more personalized coaching and safety is always first. Perfect second home!!!
