Great experience! France from their staff was very professional, considerate, and responsive. I needed a replacement key for my older vehicle on a time crunch and he was able to have me in and out of the store in under 10 minutes! I would definitely return again if I ever need.

Victoria came by to let me in when I locked myself out of the apartment, and she was amazing in every way - right on time, so nice, and got the key made on the first try so it barely took any time to get me back in!! I was flustered from losing my keys so I really really appreciate the excellent service. Will definitely be keeping this place in mind if I need their services again!

I arrived right at 5pm and the door was already locked. I knocked and the sales associate in there didn’t respond. Decided to start typing an awful review in front of the store and finally the sales associate acknowledged my presence.

After some pleading, he made copies of my keys and brightened my day. I truly appreciate the gesture of staying a few minutes later to help me.

Be sure to arrive here before 5 since they promptly lock up and may have the radio on while closing the register.

Since I stepped into this establishment France has helped me on numerous occasions with rekey, re pins, duplicate keys and sold me cyclenders key sets. He's been knowledgeable and customer service oriented since day 1. I work in property management and when someone goes above and beyond it's always worth noticing. I recommend this place highly! Keep up the good work France.

Great locksmith, highly recommend! Mike was especially especially helpful and responsive in cutting keys for a really old lock I had.

Parking is limited around here but there are garages and some street parking. Unlike HomeDepot where it seems like the key copy machine is broken every Sunday, you will always get your copy here.
