I was very pleased with the quality of the sidewalk frame I purchased. I did have a problem with one of the hinges after 6 months and contacted the company. They were back to me within a couple of days telling me a new frame was on its way. I am very grateful to have found a company with such great customer service!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

First time customer and my order total was under $100 and there was an issue with delivery from UPS. Joelle went above and beyond to keep me informed with my shipment and sure made us feel like a long time customer. This level of customer service is lost these days and it was GREATLY appreciated!!! Outstanding! I needed the signs in 3 days or less so I paid extra for expedited shipping to make sure they arrived in time. Shortly after placing the order I received an email thanking me for my order and letting me know that I would receive my order in the time needed without paying extra for faster shipping. And, they said they were automatically giving me my money back for the extra shipping which they did. To top it all off, the items arrived on time as needed and in great condition. We need more businesses and people like this in the world! Keep up the great work.

We recently purchased our first custom print order from Signs Direct and were overall satisfied with the results. The pricing and customer service were amazing. We did have a small snaffoo in the finished product artwork and count, but upon notifying a Signs Direct representative, they quickly remedied the situation. Would definitely recommend them to others looking for custom print objects!

We purchased an item from this company that was delivered damaged. We attempted to return the item and were accused that the item was used and a year old. Very disappointed with this customer service.
