They have quick response time and it is very easy to set up an appointment. Chal (our technician) was very thorough and explained how everything worked and what to look for/steps to take in the event of a leak. He was also very kind and respectful of our home. Thank you!

Malik M. was our tech that came out to help with our clogged pipe. He went above and beyond and checked everything before diagnosing the problem. I told him what the previous plumber (different company) said and was able to fix the problem, unlike the other plumber. He was super speedy and would highly recommend requesting him. If I have any additional plumbing issues I will definitely be requesting him. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable about proceeding with his services. Highly recommend!

William and Shawn delivered excellent customer service. They were promptly on time. William explained everything I needed to know. Asked me if I had any questions. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Finished at the time stated. Covered up the kitchen and furniture with plastic. Cleaned up behind the work. Excellent job.

Booking and receiving service through Roto-Rooter was extremely easy, even on a holiday (New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day). They always answer the phone when you call, no automated service that leaves you on hold forever. Even though it took three different technician visits to solve our problem, they made sure to get it done correctly. A huge thanks to tech Sam Thang (1257) who went the extra mile to explain how our piping under the sink was installed and how the way they were put in originally was exacerbating the problems that we had. He was able to explain a complex system to me, who knows nothing about plumbing, so that we know what to look for in the future and what we should do when we eventually replace the existing pipes.

Amazing service - highly recommended! I had an emergency occur on our 2nd floor bathroom where there was a large leak from the water line/valve to the point where it was overflowing into the hallway and leaking through the 1st floor ceiling. Roto came out at 8pm and arrived within 20 minutes of me calling them. Fast, reliable and friendly service, the gentleman who helped me was outstanding and turned what was a nightmare situation into an easy fix. If I ever run into another plumbing issue again, I am absolutely calling these guys back ☺💪🏻. Thank you!

Called in for an emergency water leak. They arrived within a hour at no charge found the issue and fixed it within 3 hours. Tech was very friendly, explained everything. They also sent a water restoration specialist who made the process with my homeowners insurance much easier. Thank you!

The technician arrived early in the window. He was very kind and pleasant in what was a very rough situation for me. He unclothed the areaway drain and ensured all the pipes were flowing properly.

Root-Rooter came and cleared the sewage blockage at 10pm on a Saturday and the following week did all the work cleaning and removing the contaminated carpet and wall in my home. They are very quick and professional. Would highly recommend

Our Technician, Jeff, was great! He arrived on-time, asked a handful of pertinent questions and then got straight to work. He was proffesional throughout, made sure everything was in working order, and cleaned up prior to leaving. I would definitely recommend using their service.

Plumber did not arrive in time. However, it was a Sunday and, well…. Once here, he was attentive, listened to my issue, which had a history and proceeded to troubleshoot until the problem was solved. Provided recommendation on how to possibly prevent issue in the future. A week later, still waiting to be contacted by the department responsible for sending a tech out to send a camera through the pipes.

Advisor/Consultant Oleg and Plumber Hosea both did outstanding jobs. Oleg showed up in less than 30 minutes after I called, took detailed notes about my in-home issue, advised me how to save the most money while still getting the best service, and then brought Hosea on-sight in under an hour. Afterwards, Hosea fully diagnosed the problem almost immediately then completed the repairs in less than 2 hours. Amazing experience!

Khai was my plumber. He was incredibly helpful and was able to check for the real plumbing issue, which was a temporary issue and nothing major. I appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism and I will definitely be reaching out for any future plumbing needs.
