The employees are nice and get your prescriptions to you in a timely matter. Sometimes there’s a line but there’s only 2-3 people working and they have to take phone calls too!! So def set aside a half hour to pick up your meds. But they’re great and always make sure everything gets to you <3

Kind pharmacy staff, highly competent and empathetic pharmacist. I did not experience what the other reviews note here - had a good experience getting a booster.

The women in the pharmacy couldn't be nicer, more patient, or more helpful, especially considering watching how many customers treat them. Really wonderful employees here!

The pharmacist (Karen -- not sure of her last name) at this location has gone way out of her way to help me. I'd give the pharmacy five stars for consistently excellent service. I can't speak to the store more generally.

The pharmacy closes for lunch every day and service is quite slow.

Pharmacy. Need new staff, they are all over the place. 4ppl in the back but can’t fill a prescription in a timely manner. No structure at all.

I waited for more than 45 minutes for my booster shot even though I had made the appointment online and filled out the paperwork online two weeks prior. At present, there are more than 15 people waiting to get access to the pharmacy to pick up medications. Also, there is no social distancing measures in place alAnd this is a place that is supposed to care about such things like COVID.

The slowest, most crowded, pharmacy I've ever been to. Even with 4-5 workers, there's almost always a half hour+ wait. Not a problem shared by other area pharmacies.

AS a medical professional who works in the SAME building. PLEASE do NOT shop here, I was watched and followed around the store by the older sales man with grey hair. He didn’t even ask me for help, just stood DIRECTLY behind me staring blatantly at me. He also began to follow me from AISLE to AISLE, without asking for any help once AGAIN. I had to file a report. Avoid shopping here if you’re black.

Cashier was rude for no reason. Pharmacy closed on Sunday. All around not a great experience, but forced to go there because UHC considers CVS to be out of network🤷‍♀

The customer service at this pharmacy is terrible, as you would expect from any establishment in the district. I only go here because the pharmacy at CVS in the Palisades is even worse.

The hours at this Walgreens are ridiculous. They are closed on Sundays and close at 5pm on Saturdays. This Walgreen’s is the only convenience store within walking distance and in a community with a lot of elders and college students as it is next to American University. I beg of you to please open on the weekends for those of us that cannot get around easily and need access to over the counter medicine in this residential neighborhood.

This is easily the worst run pharmacy I've ever been to. There is always a line, service is incredibly slow, and they are closed a lot. And I mean the line is long all day long. They are doing booster shots, but not separating the line so people can get their prescriptions. Do not come here unless you have no choice. I'm going to have to have to transfer to the one in DuPont which is further away. So frustrating.
