Farmers Insurance - EJ Long

I brought some insurance questions to E.J. and he knowingly guided me through the process. He got back to me after doing further research and I ended up with a better product for less money than I had originally… plus this sweet hat! Give him a call.

Approachable and take time for me, EJ and Christine are always ready to help. When in crisis, no one wants to feel like an inconvenience and it's really nice to find good people that are willing to be interrupted so that I get what I need.

By far some of the best people to work with when needing insurance for any package. They are so helpful in getting you exactly what you need, walking you through the process, and helping you work through what coverage you have if anything happens. I can't imagine having anyone else for insurance for our home or auto.

This office has gone completely down hill since EJ Long has taken over. We have been with them 20 years and switched agents this summer. We had a flood in our basement.. first time we have really had to use insurance.. they were rude.. no follow up! Called to ask for an estimate for my 16 yr olds daughter to be added to our insurance to drive.. he could not give one. My husband attempted to meet with him in person .. was told the wait was a month! 20 years of paying premiums on time and adding to our insurances throughout life.. and this is the treatment. Awful!

A bit arrogant and did not take the necessary time to explain the different packages. I felt like he was more interest in the 'sale' than helping me.
