Schuyler greeted me as soon as I walked in! He was so pleasant and knowledgeable with a wonderful personality and genuineness. He gave me great service and made a painful situation very positive and enjoyable! He’s great!

Came in to trade my phone and Schuyler was amazing! Helped me out incredibly especially for it being my first time purchasing a phone alone.

Megan is an absolute gem! I was having some issues with my watch for a few weeks and finally brought it in. Megan answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. I highly recommend her for any questions or concerns regarding your devices!

Everyone at the store is helpful and patient. Aaron specifically was a life saver after the terrible experience I had at the other AT&T at 2109 Veterans Parkway in Bloomington. I have been a customer with AT&T for over a decade and my experience with Aaron was one of the best I have ever had with an employee of the company. If you have AT&T this is the store to go to!

Megan was great! I never leave reviews but she was extremely helpful and helped me choose the best plan and was very patient with me.

My Mom, Dad, and I came in on 10/10/23 to upgrade three phones to the new iPhone 15’s. It was later in the afternoon, and kind of complicated, as one of the phones we were upgrading and having shipped to a friend - and we were also needing accessories (chargers, cases, etc). Our associate’s name was Izzy, and she was absolutely FANTASTIC! She was patient with us, very informative and helped us choose between the different versions of the 15. She was flawless and made the transition between our old phones to the new ones seem completely effortless. Our whole experience was absolutely incredible and my family and I couldn’t possibly be happier. Thank you so much to Izzy, and the whole staff at AT&T!

Aaron was a huge help and let us know there were a few things on our bill we didn't know about. Got it removed and lowered our bill. Was a bill help getting wife's new phone set up. Great Job!!

I came to the store because of the mess an AT&T authorized retailer made while performing an upgrade. The store manager Brittany was awesome. She fixed the errors for the terrible store. She explained everything thoroughly and ensured I was satisfied before I left.

The store was swamped and I witnessed her multitask to ensure each customer received help timely. I highly recommend this store and Brittany.

Brittney has helped us a few times. We always look to see if she’s available (don’t go on Wednesdays, her day off). I was actually going to switch to another company a couple of months ago but Brittney changed my mind and I stayed with AT&T. I was back again to buy a new iPhone 15 PRO MAX. We had excellent service once again by Brittney. I highly recommend her and her store. I’m sorry to say that the store further north on Veterans was the reason I almost left AT&T.

I went through a pretty complicated early upgrade recently and went to the Bloomington location. Eric was patient with us the first visit and helped with our numerous requests. On the second trip I had to do a switch of devices on lines and Brittany went above and beyond to ensure that my transfer of devices was as painless as possible. This type of help from the staff is why we drive 35 miles to go to this location when we need service. Kudos to all!
