Batteries Plus

Great service and an easy transaction. I also needed an adapter for one of the terminals on my battery backup. Batteries Plus had the adapter too, so all in all I couldn't be happier.

Fast service! I took a watch in for a battery replacement. Brian had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Plus, if watch ever fails, I can bring it back in for a free replacement battery.

I took my broken IPhone 12 here. They were very helpful, also very knowledgeable and quick. Great people, great service.

Both Brian, the manager, and Seth the technician were very helpful to me. A couple of weeks ago I stopped in and brought my old-fashioned radio receiver headphones to see if I could get a new battery for them, as the battery would not charge fully or keep the charge. It was not a known brand or labeled battery that they had in stock, so Seth carefully put it back in, tightened it up and apologized for not being able to provide a new one. Well guess what: now my headphones work fine and the receiver holds a charge! So probably the issue was that the battery connections had worked loose over time. I’m so happy! Cheerful, polite service!

Awesome staff! Brought my daughters cracked screen phone in and they promised to fix it, the phone ended up needing to be replaced but they covered it with only a charge for a screen repair. Very professional and personable! Truly went out of their way to help.

I took my Samsung Galaxy S8 in to be repaired, and the technician there got my phone up and running as quickly as he could. He gave me an accurate timeline when I could expect the repair to be completed, and he was spot on. I would recommend this Batteries Plus.

This store saved me! I had forgotten my laptop charger when I left Nashville. When I realized my mistake I immediately started searching websites to try to find a universal charger. No luck anywhere. That’s when I called Batteries plus. I spoke with Jason on the phone and he had one that he thought would work. He pulled it off the shelf for me and put my name on it. I then drove 45 minutes to the store. When I arrived he took it out of the package and made sure it worked before I left. Great experience and great guy!! Thanks again!

So I am not sure about this Mellor character, but not every opinion is that of true honesty. I.E. how much of your experience was at your fault? I have gone to batteries plus bulbs and dealt with almost the same crew for the last 5 years they have fixed my cell phones, and husbands drill packs along with many other household purchases.I must say I have always had this experience:

1. Been Respected and given absolute transparency, their not robots!
2. these guys are so honest it hurts the company.
3. they work hard to resolve ANY problem even if it meant staying after hours to help me.
4. the team at batteries plus in normal will get my vote every time.
I work in retail and have never seen a staff like batteries plus bulbs, they are knowledgeable and love what they do. don't follow the leader on this review I say try it for yourself.

Jake and Jason were both very friendly and gave excellent customer service. I needed a new battery for my car immediately due to work, transporting my child to and from school and running a small catering service. The dealership where I bought my car from was closed for the day and it was freezing cold outside with winds that could almost rip your skin off !! Yet both Jake and Jason worked hard to get my car battery installed despite a few features on my car that made it difficult. I felt bad for them and offered to buy them coffee or cocoa but they politely declined my offer and kept working through the harsh weather. I was very grateful for their service and skills since I had errands to run that day and was afraid that my car would die on me like it did the day before when I had to get a jump to get to work. After they were done I was able to continue with my errands worry free. Thank you so much Jake and Jason!

My iPhone plus was having issues that when I researched online seemed like it is a common issue with the plus version of iPhone. It was later on a Saturday afternoon before I had a chance to get into town and find someone to help. It seemed as if all other gadget places were closed, so I tried Batteries Plus Bulbs, and they were super friendly! They weren't able to help me with my phone, but recommended a local store that would be able to help. I contacted them and they answered even though it was after hours, and they were super kind as well and advised they would definitely be able to help me on Monday! Thanks for all the help! Sometimes it is hard to find exceptional customer service, and you guys were great!

Fantastic service. Had one phone screen fixed and three batteries replaced. They were quick and thorough and did everything as promised. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I went there to get my screen fixed on my iPhone 7 Plus while on a road trip. Hunter helped me out and not only did he fix and perfectly clean my phone, but he found out the last time I got my screen fixed the tech Lost a few of the little screws. Hunter replaced them free of charge. I very highly recommend this store for phone repair.

Great service when I came in to get my iPhone repaired. The repair was swift and successful, the worker even stayed open 30 minutes after closing time to accommodate me. This guy knows the value of customer service.

Ordered a new cell phone battery to pick up in store. Went to pick up and Nick there was great. Put the new battery in, disposed of old one and explained the lifetime warranty. Will definitely recommend!

This place has helped us so many times. They gave great sales, wonderful suggestions, replace faulty items they sold (and you don’t need a receipt because they can look you up in their system). The employees are very helpful and friendly.

The two guys closing on New Years Eve, I think their names were Sam and Nick, went above and beyond to help me. There was miscommunication about when they were closing and they stayed well after close helping me buy and install a car battery. Thank you so much!
