Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Stopped in to upgrade my phone and had such a pleasant experience. David and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this location! 10/10

Customer service was helpful, prompt, informative, and kind. The salesman Ben knew what he was doing and was very honest about the costs involved with upgrading my son’s phone.

Update: went back with my daughter so she and I could get the same iPhone 15 deal. Again, Ben was fabulous!

I'm very pleased with the service that I've received at BeMobile each time that I've gone in their Normal Illinois store. I've dealt with Ben each time and he's very knowledgeable, and helpful. He found ways to save me money on my Verizon bill, and I greatly appreciate it.

I had to get a new phone for my dad and transfer from his provider. Danny and the team at Bemobile were awesome as usual. He made things seamless!

Great experience trading in our old phones and purchasing our new phones. We were helped in a timely manner. Both Ben and Ed did a great job ordering and setting up our new phones.

We love this store. We are always greeted promptly and the technicians in the store are genuinely knowledgeable and friendly! I purchased a new iPhone 14 pro max, and Grant, the associate who assisted us was a delight! We actually returned several days later for assistance and were once again treated very well, our questions answered. Grant assisted us both days and was great!!

Ben was very helpful. He explained everything well and was very patient with my questions.

Needed to update our phones. Rodney was very nice and helpful! It took awhile to switch over and he was so patient.

We came in today for a new phone but also needed help with the Apple I.D. Password, and the email password. Ben Pellow took care of everything we needed. He was very friendly and patient with my Father In-Law. Thank you so much Ben!

The young man was most gracious and helpful. He explained what plan he recommended for me to get a new phone. He spent as much time as necessary to set up my new phone and answer my questions. He also explained things to a newer employee at the same time. I had a pleasant experience and will return to BeMobile Inc. when the need arises.

Updated our phones at BeMobile, Inc. We were very pleased with Customer Service Rep Grant's knowledge, and his personality, and helpfullness. He transferred data to our new phones and made sure we were comfortable with them before we left.
