Came to this T-Mobile location today with no expectations and walked out with 3 phones! Adrianna did absolutely amazing with answering all my questions, helping set up my new phone and getting me the best deal! I was there for a little over 2 hours and it felt like no time had passed with how friendly and sociable she was! She did absolutely amazing and I will be in to see her again 💙

I walked in the other day looking to get 1 iPad added to my plan but was informed by Shay that overall it’s a better deal to get 2. She was kind & resourceful! It took little time vs other visits, to get what I came for and to be on my way! Thank you for making my visit quick and easy!

Incredible service, helpful and patient staff. Considerably better than what we expected based on interactions with other stores. Both with us and with other customers the staff communicated clearly and plainly about all issues so that nobody was confused and always double checked to make sure we were on the same page

Shout out to Adriana. Every time we deal with her at this location, things go perfectly. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. So far she's helped with Tmobile wifi, a tablet, and 2 new lines. The service as this store is like a breath of fresh air.

Adrianna is great, very patient and helpful! We are glad we switched to T-Mobile, great phone service and saving money with our plan. We did try the T-Mobile Internet because the price is great and you get a trial period. I work from home and the connection would drop often so sadly will be returning it.

Trevor, Trent, Matt and Auston did an amazing job. They found the best plan for my family, showed me all of my options, and took the time to answer all of my questions. This is the customer service that will keep me a customer with T-Mobile.

I would like to say we were in this store Thursday May 18th between 5 to 8pm and we were helped right away we recieved the service that we wanted new cell phones and we also went ahead and recieved 5g gateway wifi . Everything we asked about he answered and helped plus more. I was very impressed. He was also the manager at this store. The one tmobile that is off Greenbriar in Normal I've never recieved good help there and not very friendly either. Thank you for the respect and for all your help.

Awesome service here! Talked to 7 different people, including an hour and a half 3 way phone call with a T-Mobile rep and Apple, and no one had a clue on how to fix our issue. Walked into this store and Adrianna was able to fix everything in less than 5 minutes! We'll be buying our phones from this location from now on.

I would like to thank Henry at the Bloomington location for his incredible customer service and patience as he helped us determine what to do with our daughter's phone. He gave us all kinds of options and walked us through what each one entailed. Then helped us set up a new line. He was very knowledgeable as he was helping other co-workers with the customers they were assisting. Including translating for another guest. Henry, thank you so much for your help today. You made a stressful situation much better.

Trent, Logan and Austin were beyond amazing!!!! Gave us great deals and knew everything they were talking about!! Went in for an upgrade and walked out with more because of them and they're awesome sales pitch. Trent threw in a winner on the Onyx speaker and Chromebook, using it now while typing this review, while listening to Spotify on my new speaker! Thanks again guys!!

Ashley is amazing! She helped me to convert our plan into my husband’s name because he is a first responder and T-mobile had a better plan for us as opposed to sprint. Rachel was great too and assisted with some of our phones. Will definitely be coming back here!
