Phil gives great personal service! I don't know how he does it, but he ALWAYS takes the time to make sure I know my options and understand them. I have been his customer for years and have been so pleased with service both from him and from his staff.

Amazing agent! My multi policy discount fell off and my bill went up exponentially. When I contacted him with my concern, he expedited it and had it fixed by Monday, when I called on a Friday afternoon. He got my discounted added back on and my bill reduced. And quoted me to make sure I was getting the best deal possible! Way more personable than any other insurance that I have worked with, because he himself will always call and talk with you when possible.

My husband and I are beyond pleased with the service we have received over the past 10 years. Our questions and needs are always treated with respect and prompt attention. This morning we had our yearly review of our policies with Phil. We find that this is the best way to clarify our present situation and make intelligent decisions for the next year.
