Been a client fo years, I became a member when I was a new soldier. I've been in good hands with H+R Block always!

The familiar location, the rep knows us from each year, she is very friendly and efficient. She does the best in knowing all the new things and gets us the proper deductions allowed. We have used the same person for several years now.

Staff at H&R block needed to correct an error due to a financial statement that was not to be taxed. They fixed the problem in a timely manner. Since we never get a refund, I was not in any hurry to get the taxes completed. The staff at this branch is friendly and very helpful - great customer service. I've been a customer for many years. My tax accountant gave me a break on the fee because I needed to come back a second time.

Both last year and this year it has been quick and easy. From scheduling the appointment to the tax process, very professional and convenient. Went from owing alot last year to getting an impressive refund this year!

I've had my taxes done at that location for the last 4 years. I've had some pretty complicated returns at times. They get it done fast, even when I needed it itemized. Some years I've dropped them off and picked them up when they were done. Pretty convenient.

I have always had my taxes done at h & r block. I don't see any reason to stop or change now. Lula Zimmermann began doing my taxes after Connie Devore retired. She has been a delight and very knowledgeable regarding changes to my taxes.

Lula Zimmermann was one of the best agents that i have done my taxes with! She was able to work with me and provide me the best service, i think, was possible.
