I can promise you, my reviews are the real tea. I can also promise you BN Used Car Outlet is so #Legit! I think I’ve been spoiled because I never had a ‘great’ used car buying experience until now. I don’t have the ‘best’ credit so I thought I’d be turned down period, I couldn’t get the car I wanted but upon telling me that I was shown just as beautiful used cars which I did qualify for. Very pleased with my experience! Tim was great to work with, making the process fast and simple. He gave me more than I expected for my trade-in and took a good amount off of the car I was purchasing. A few days after purchasing, a fluke thing happened and I noticed an oil leak so I called Tim and he had it taken care of by the next day with absolutely no cost to me. We bought a car from this place recently. We had a great experience. They were honest about the vehicle and easy to work with. Communication was outstanding. Our car did end up having a small (unpredictable) problem, but they were great to work with and very willing to get it taken care of. Probably the best place I've ever dealt with when buying a car. Tim assisted me with buying a newer used SUV. My new SUV was super clean and well taken care of. I was hesitant about buying another vehicle in Bloomington due to my previous experiences buying in Bloomington. The pressure resulting in bad buys was very stressful with my previous buys. I Had arranged to pick up a vehicle and the deal feel through. So I Drove 3 hours to Bloomington based a week worth of quality negotiations with Tim the manager. I had many questions and concerns due to other dealerships dishonestly and lack of customer service. Tim was spot on wandering what I needed and even sending pictures not shown in the original add. I drove from St Louis and met Tim on Wednesday 1/6/2021. Tim was friendly, honest and sincere. I test drive the car and we discussed it’s history and current condition. Agreeing on the deal I left Bloomington a satisfied customer with the car I had wanted. Tim was top notch. He’s a genuine guy who knows his car and isn’t there be a pushy salesman he’s there to make sure your getting the car you want and that’s it’s clean, in the best condition and ready for you to enjoy. I just bought a delightful SUV from Used Car Outlet and it was a most pleasant and painless visit, test drive, and buying experience. No, seriously, it was! And it was brief. I don’t like long, drawn out afternoons at used car lots! 😁 Actually, I didn’t believe in pleasant used car buying experiences before this week, but now I’m a believer! It’s nice to experience genuine kindness and have friendly interaction in what I believe to be a rather unlikely place. Very thankful!

In just over a year, I have had the pleasure to get to know Tim at Used Car Outlet in Bloomington. I just finished purchasing a third vehicle from him, trading the second vehicle I bought from him back in. I have bought a lot of vehicles since I turned 16 and worked with numerous dealerships. Never have I had such an easy, honest, no haggling, no B.S. car buying experience. I also want to say that each of the 3 vehicles I purchased from him, I chose for 2 reasons. 1: It was hands down the best deal out of all the dealerships within 100 miles. 2: It was the nicest vehicle out of all the dealerships within 100 miles. Tim will absolutely not sell something on his lot if he knows something is wrong with it. I am a big car guy and in our numerous chats, I get the sense that he is too. I highly recommend you stop by and check out that car you have been looking for. Chances are, it won't be there too terribly long. Generally I do not review products/services, however I do want to share my great experience with Tim and UCO. This is the first car shopping experience where I didn't feel pressured or hurried to make a purchase. Tim was polite, upfront, and patiently answered all of my questions. The process was so easy that I purchased my first truck and sold two cars I owned to Tim all in about a 30 minute time-frame. I went back to UCO about a month later and purchased another car for my daughter and received the same positive treatment and experience. The words "honest" and "car salesman" are often two words people don't use in the same sentence. Tim is the exception to that. He is an honest dealer who genuinely cares about the car buying experience people have when they call him. His prices are second to none. This place deserves every 5/5 review they get. I bought a car from them this past March and realized my air conditioning wasn't working when it started getting hot outside. They did a quick diagnosis that my air compressor was bad. Had to order the part. Called me 2 days later saying it was in. Came in a few days later and within just a few hours had a nice new compressor just in time for the hot weekend. For a GREAt deal compared to other places I inquired to. Tim and Orlando are so easy to work with and make everything so so easy. Thank you guys!!!

By far the easiest dealer to work with. There is no hassle at all. I've been trying to find the right Jeep for over a year when we found one on there website. If you ever looked for a wrangler, you know the pain of "sorry just sold it" routine or tell them your coming to buy it and ask to put money down to hold it and they sell it to someone else. Here at used car outlet, I called in advance asked him to take Jeep off lot because I was an hour plus away and on my way. They obliged me which was unreal because that doesn't happen at any other car lots. I appreciated them going the extra mile for me because that is a vehicle off there lot that they could of sold to someone else for 4 hours before I got there. They addressed any questions or concerns I had immediately and ultimately sold the Jeep to me for a fair price and gave me more for my trade in than other dealers had offered and didn't try to jerk me around. One of the most pleasant things was not sitting for hours (the dealership wearing you out game). It's like they understood how important my time was and didn't waste it.

They've bought 2 old cars from me. They're very forthright and honest. With my last one, he told me I could get about double what they would give me for it if I sold it myself. I debated trying to sell it myself, but decided it wasn't worth the hassle and wait. I'm happy to let them make some money off the car!
