Kumi Sushi

The food was pretty good. The rolls I ordered were delicious. I ordered the Volcano Roll (which I originally thought it was the piled on sushi roll kind, but I guess that's the Super Volcano Roll), and the Crazy Salmon Roll. I also ordered the scallops sashimi, which were decent. They had a slight fishy taste to them, but the salmon sashimi was delicious. For dessert, I tried the egg pudding and it was surprisingly good! It had some sweet red beans on top of the pudding to provide a nice texture compliment to the smooth pudding. The presentation on it was bland though. I do wish they presented it as nicely as they do for their sushi rolls. It was just placed in a plastic bowl which was underwhelming after the beautiful presentation of the main dish. The service was nice and not too busy. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which is perfect after a long flight.

I always enjoy going here. The food is great, the service is attentive. I tried the tempura udon bowl this go around and the portions where large and it tasted great. Husband always get maki rolls and they never disappoint.

Came and got 3 rolls. California roll, Alaska roll, and spicy salmon roll. I like that the rolls don’t come with an excessive amount of rice and have a decent amount of meat. The ginger salad was delicious but I wish I got a bigger portion. I really did not enjoy the miso soup, but that might be personal preference. The service was ok but I didn’t understand my server. Still a good experience though and would come back

Everyone was super nice, and the atmosphere was relaxing which is all I needed for a Friday night. I got the strawberry roll, Crystal Lake roll, salmon sushi, and calamari. Everything was tasty (and fresh!) for sure, the salmon melted in my mouth and everything worked together well. The calamari had a bit much dough but was overall good. I also got the Kami (?) sushi but it was not much for my taste, I was told it would be much better with some soy sauce and Wasabi so I'd recommend that.

My daughter sent me a Happy Birthday lunch and it put such a smile on my face! Happy birthday written on all of the containers, on the bag, mochi ice cream and an adorable Lucky keychain! Kumi.....you guys really made my day! Thank you so much!

I am not from here and if you aren't also I would strongly recommend this place. Nice setting, great food, and an awesome staff! You will not be disappointed. I'm from Texas so please give this place a try!

Kumi Sushi is one of our go-to sushi spots. The food is delicious and they have a decent drink menu. Affordable and great ambiance!

Everytime I eat here, I remember why I keep coming back. When I'm in town, I usually eat here twice a week for their great lunch special. Wonderful fresh sushi for a great price! The service is always up to par, and that's why I keep returning.

This place is one of my favorites and their spicy edamame brings me back. I love the sushi as well. The people that work here are also very kind!! Come try it for yourself.

I loved it, the noodles in the hibachi beef was delicious and super flavorful. The beef was delicious as well. The vegetables were cooked well and the shrimp was good but could have been a little better. I loved the soup that came with it as well. 5/5 stars overall.

Sushi can be hit or miss sometimes. This was definitely good! Stopped in after a chiropractic adjustment because I wanted to try them. I popped in, asked for a shrimp tempura roll to go and it was ready in 2 minutes for about $10. Fast, friendly service and I'm happy to say it was GOOD sushi! I'll be back.

I have been a regular for years. The sushi is so fresh and their large selection of creative rolls is excellent! The staff is great. They know where I prefer to sit, what my dining preferences are, and are always warm and welcoming!
