Absolutely the fastest I've ever been helped in a cellular store. The guy helped another customer as well and she left on cloud 9. I was just as impressed with my service. The whole thing took 15 min. Would definitely recommend.

I went in wanting to cancel my overpriced plan with at&t, and left with a brand new phone, new case, and screen protector, all for about $78. I'm going on almost 2 weeks with my phone and very happy. Jesus had excellent salesmanship and knowledge towards an upgraded phone I really did not need to buy. I now have a stylus phone that reminds me of my first tablet and smartphone many years ago, which both came with a stylus.

Metro pcs has always provide me with excellent service, especially in person at this location in Bloomington IL. Jesus ans his staff bianca helped me with finding the best phone, eliminating bulk on my bill and getting me the best deals possible. Bianca even helped me fix an issue I was having with my new phone, it was me.

I bought the revvl 4 plus this time around, and I'm very impressed - super fast, multiple cameras, and atons of storage. They also have tons of Samsung, iphones, LG, & Motorola options too.

Metro pcs has been a very dependable phone provider over the last few years, and this central illinois location always fixes any issues I've ever encountered. Honestly, I've lived in this area my whole life, had tons of mobile phone providers and metro/t mobil has always been there for me and provided excellent service coverage wherever I've traveled.
