In all the years I needed a storage unit, this is by far the best one out there. A convenient location, great price and the best professional staff you can ask for. Tori had shown me 2 units that would've fit my needs but than she said she had another unit with a bigger door which was the perfect one for me. She was super happy for me as she went above and beyond my expectations for a storage facility. Thanks again and ofcourse I would highly reccomend this storage facility.

This was a great experience! No problems with access, answered my many questions, and worked with me when there was a rate increase. If I need storage again in the Crystal Lake area, I would definitely go with CubeSmart again.

Crystal Lake CubeSmart facility was well maintained, fairly priced, and staffed with a helpful crew! I used the facility in between a new home search and moving to a new home for about 9 months and my experience was great. I experienced one price hike, after my new customer deal pricing had expired, and otherwise paid exactly what I expected. The facility was easy to access even for my movers giant truck, and open during more than reasonable hours for access. On the corporate side of things the app was smooth to use for getting to my information and seeing my automatic payments go through. Great experience overall!

Tori in the office is amazing. She always looks after only needs. I need a second storage unit last minute, she was able to pull that off while my movers were busy loading.

I have had two different units at the Crystal Lake location since 2018. Great experience with both. The staff have been great. The first unit we moved out and into our 2nd (larger) unit. Before I even had a chance to contact them, they acknowledged the closing out of my smaller unit and they returned my payment for the month (auto payment). All without my asking them to do so. They are quick and responsive. We just closed out our larger unit this weekend. They caught me at the gate to confirm I was moving out and had an email confirming closing of the unit by the end of the same day. If I need a storage unit sometime in the future, I would definitely return to CubeSmart on Teckler in Crystal Lake.

Can't say enough good things. Tori and her team were so helpful, accommodating and friendly. They answered emails very quickly when I had questions, and went up and above to help me with my storage needs between my home purchases. I would most definitely use them again should I need storage. First of all, I rented 2 units and then only needed 1. So, I am still a satisfied customer. The staff was always helpful when I had questions or needs. When I indicated I could use a couple of palates to make things easier for me they were more than willing to help me acquire them. And when the billing for the first and second month were not right, they told me not to worry, they would get it straightened out, which they did very promptly. SO, I could say the staff was helpful, friendly, courteous and kind.

Very fast and easy to get the storage, and also the people in the office were nice all the time. Ah and the guy doing the maintenance was very nice as well. I noticed as well how easy was to pay online I love that. Thank you for all your work and kindness.

I have rented from them twice and if I need them again I would definitely go to them again!!! Tori and Don have gone way above helping me and their kindness is insurmountable! Whenever I needed help Don was note than happy to help me! Always happy and I will miss them! I have a small animal rescue and Tori has donated so much to me ! Her kindness and empathy for my animals was so appreciated and unexpected!!! I will miss our conversations and I consider you both as friends. Thank you for all you did for me and my animals. I recommend this facility it is clean and safe. You tell them a light is out and Don is out right away with his ladder before I’d leave! Couldn’t get my door open and right away he would come and help. I can’t express how happy I am with Cube Smart Crystal Lake!!! Always clean and snow plowed keep it painted looks nice always. Tori is the general manager at the Crystal Lake location. Does anyone remember customer service? Tori certainly does !!!! She is Very professional , pleasant and informative. Reasonable prices too. This place is great, if you need a storage unit, this is the place to use ! The lock they want to sell you is worth the price.....You can't lock it if the key isn't in it....Very Clever. Also you get to keep the lock !!!!!

This place is wonderful. Don has been more than helpful showing me around and he also informed me when our unit was not completely latched one day. So I know they keep good eyes on things and have a good camera system. Safe and secure which gives you a great piece of mind. Can’t ask for anything else when storing your valuables. Highly recommend.

I had my stuff stored there for about a year. They were the nicest people! Unit was clean. The whole location was clean and felt safe. The guy at the front desk was so helpful when I first moved in. Made me feel like I was part of the CubeSmart family. LOL. Very nice place. I would store there again.

Second time around - the guys at the front desk are always so helpful and very friendly. The units were clean, accessible and I always felt safe. If I'm ever in need again, they're the place to go.

This is the cleanest, friendliest facility we've come across for storage. Close to home, secure, clean, and the staff is outstanding. Tori makes you feel welcomed whenever you pop in to the office, she REALLY takes professionalism and customer service to another level. (And not only Tori, but everyone else we've dealt with there has been top notch also). Not one complaint here about the Crystal Lake location

I've never used to storage facility before this is my first time but I will say customer service is top-notch. Both managers are superb with customer service. I had my lock brake and they help me fix it free of charge. The nice gentleman working there has even helped me lift things and my storage unit which is not part of their job. They are always attentive and kind. I couldn't say enough kind things about the people who work here and the storage unit was clean. I was in a tight situation and they even let me squeeze in my unit 2 weeks early!
