I came in today to get a new phone. It was a very successful trip thanks to Wiguen, not only did he make our wait speedy but he also was extraordinary and super knowledgeable. I appreciated his patience as I had some questions about the upgrade. Overall great experience. Thanks again to Wiguen :)

My daughter and I bought phones at Verizon recently. We also had to have a phone line disconnected as well. Josue assisted us. He was the only worker while we were there. He was very busy with other people as well as us. We never felt rushed and even when he was assisting other people, he was still taking care of us. We didn't mind being there as long as we were. He made it pleasant the whole time. We noticed all the customers he helped were also happy. Even though he was the only worker there none of us felt like we waited long at all. He was polite, helpful and caring. He took the time to help us pick out the best phones, supplies and plan that suited us. I always dread when I need a new phone as it takes time to do this. He made it feel like we were visiting with an old friend. The time flew by. I have owned an iphone for years. I have to say with Josue, this was the best service I've had in a long time. Went in to switch multiple lines over, Wiguen and the team there were patient and walked us through the process and answered all of our questions without feeling overwhelmed. Great customer service experience!

Great experience with Verizon Store, Marlborough MA. Great customer service rep who took the time to find the best Verizon deal to bundle my devices and update my account. I appreciated his patience explaining all the new features since I was working off an iPhone 8 series!! Made it worthwhile upgrading to a new 14Plus! LOVING IT! Gracias mi amigo!! ❤📱👍🏻

A big shout out for the Reps at Verizon in the Hannaford Plaza. Josue and Axel were a great help to me with my upgraded devices and some trouble-shooting. They really know their stuff and go the xtra mile for Verizon customers. Highly recommend this Verizon retail store.

Verizon store associate Josue was fantastic! Terrific customer service even while juggling multiple customers!! I had been dreading getting a new phone but he made it seem less. Definitely recommend.

Wiguen and Axel really helped me out. I was put in a real jam due to fraud claim and refurb phone dying while out of town. Superb assistance with fraud and care departments. Got me functioning again, so can stay connected with work and friends. Great service and dedication to the customer.

I went to the store to change my phone number and walked out with a new tablet and a new gizmo watch for my son! Adeel and Ponny were absolutely amazing! They explained everything in full detail, made me feel comfortable and confident in the decisions I made. They made me feel welcome that day and with any future purchases and even helped each other showing good team work! Great guys to have on your team!

I went there to upgrade my phone, but I wasn't sure what phone I wanted and Chris answered all my questions and helped me choose the best phone for me. He transferred all my files from the old phone to the new, and even though it took a long time (i had a lot of pics) he was very nice and pleasant the whole time.

After a poor experience at a Verizon store in Sudbury. I arrived at this store with high hopes. The previous store was unable to transfer all my photos and contacts from the cloud to my new iPhone. They claimed i didn’t have it backed up correctly. Well the store manager Wiguen was able to transfer everything over. Saving all the photos of my recently deceased father. I’m forever grateful to him and now a customer for life

This store is the best! I'd give it 6 stars if I could. They are all friendly, fast and overall great service. I've been here several times and Jasen is always so helpful and goes above and beyond. I came in today because I dropped my phone and got cracked. Within 15 mins. Jasen got it taken care of and also fixed an unrelated problem with my phone. I highly recommend this store.

I have been coming here for years and find them absolutely amazing every time. They talked with me to find the best kind of phone for me instead of just selling me the most expensive one and they were absolutely right. They are very friendly and knowledgeable! I always come here for something with my Verizon account and would recommend them to anyone.

My over protection for security on my phone led to such annoyance with locks and such that I was spending 15 min.clearing barriers just to get into using the phone!! Chris was so helpfull and friendly told him my dilemma. He steadfastly spent better part of an hour and got me out of it. Jason you have a great guy. Thanks Chris
