Brewer Medical Center PCHC

I went walk in care. Facility always appears nice and clean, alot of waiting room space to spread out. They even have beeper devices that you can take outside, they alarm when it is your turn. They people are always kind and understanding as much as possible. I will always go here. My kids are happy with it too.

This place rocks!!! They have so many different services under one roof, best place to have for your medical needs! Staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly..

I want to give a shout-out of praise to the staff at Brewer PCHC! Recently, I've been very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, diligence and respectful attitudes of the staff. My Nurse Practitioner, Alexis McCrossin, is excellent. Competent, thorough, knowledgeable, great attitude, really cares about the patient as a human being; an attribute not always common. I've also been very pleased with the support staff and the way they've hustled to communicate and do everything they can to offer me the best service possible. I am really glad I have found these great people and really have no use for other area hospitals and clinics

I'm shocked at all the negative experiences. My daughter and I have both been with this practice and kept the same provider for long periods of time, this current being only our second doctor in many many years. I have never once had a bad experience, yes, sometimes my doctor is out sick, she has cancer for god's sake! They're human too, and allowed a sick, personal or vacation day! So many people won't hesitate to complain, but forgot to speak on positive experiences and we should try harder to focus on the GOOD in life.

I cannot express enough how amazing I was treated. Always being kept up to date on my progress to see a provider, friendly and helpful staff. If you ever need to go somewhere, outside of an emergency room, this is the place to go!

Never had any issues. I have Dr. Leblanc for chiropractor. They always called me to let me know when he isn’t gonna be in the office to reschedule. They are always professional and courteous. I see they are getting self serve kiosks that saddens me for people will probably lose their jobs.

I have always had the best experiences with all of the staff here. They definitely have your best interest in mind and help you every step of the way. They make sure you are comfortable and as relaxed as possible. Also very patient with you during your visit.

I recently switched to this practice and am very glad I did. If you take an active approach to your healthcare, you owe it to yourself to take a look at PCHC. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable and focused on you as a patient during your time with them. Follow-up has been exceptional. This is patient care as it should be and I get right in at my appointment time without waiting.

I’ve been going here for a few months and I’m really surprised so many people are so upset about this place. I haven’t had any issues at all. The staff I deal with are great and friendly and I’ve never had any scheduling issues 🤷🏻‍♂ I wouldn’t go there for stitches or a broken leg or for pain Managment...but they’ve got some great people there for lots of other things.

Went for walk in care in the afternoon. Was checked in, had tests, saw a PA and picked up my prescription all within an hour. Great service and very nice!

Always have a positive experience when going, professional staff, and reasonable wait times. My doctor and his staff there has been a huge help improving my health.

I have been going to Brewer PCHC for about over 6 years. I have never ever had any problem any of the services. Sad to say that I may be leaving because my PA is leaving the practice.

Our doctor and her staff are very pleasant and professional.
