Wil saved the day when I rolled up ten minutes to closing to buy my son’s birthday present. He could have rushed us, but he didn’t. He could have been irritated, but he wasn’t. He even packaged the old phone up for me so all I have to do is drop it at UPS. I used to not care which Verizon store I visited to upgrade my phones, but I’m absolutely going back to this location because the customer service went above and beyond. Thanks for saving the day for this busy mom who needed to get a birthday present!

Matt was knowledgeable and very helpful. He checked in on us several times to make sure we were satisfied with our new phones. I'd highly recommend him.

Went in the Verizon store with caution due to some difficulties with other carries in the past. Was greeted by Colt who was confident from the very beginning that he could help! That confidence continued throughout my time with him. He was able to help with my problem and hook me up with a new plan with Verizon! I am a very happy customer!

Had a wonderful experience in the Brewer Verizon store! Everyone was great and friendly and made the rainy day much better. One guy even had a light saber, that was awesome. Bobby was incredibly helpful and I look forward to my next venture into the store!

Good afternoon just wanted to write a review regarding Michael Beale. He works out of the Brewer location in Maine.

We have come in for help with our phone and more than one occasion, and he has been going above and beyond and he is much appreciated

Also, would like to note that the atmosphere in the Brewer location is different than the Bangor location. Meaning they are both polite and professional but the Bangor location the people that work there seem a little bit stressed. Don’t know if they don’t have enough help or what but it is definitely a different atmosphere than brewer

The Brewer Maine location is very welcoming by all the employees and you can feel that when you go inside the store

In the Brewer location you don’t feel as rushed

I run a very large business myself so I know what it is like to have great staff and I just wanted to let you know that Michael is a wonderful person and does a wonderful job. I hope that Verizon recognizes that with financial compensation it is great to get an at a boy but that really does not pay the bills.

In order to keep value employees, they all need to be compensated above and beyond everybody else’s pay grade, because at the end of the day they take care of the customers which makes corporate America money

When you have to go deal with getting your phone fixed it feels so dreadful, however my experience went super smooth and I ended up with a brand new phone for only $100! Bobby Box at the Verizon in Brewer was absolutely fantastic! 5 stars for my experience!

Colt was very helpful. Due to some complications with my phone it was a struggle getting everything transferred to my new phone. He willingly stayed 2 hours past close to make sure everything was all set before I left. His service was a phenomenal!

Colt What's nice and extremely knowledgeable about this products? Took care to make sure that my wife. And I what we were purchasing. Ask us what we would like. Took care to set everything up for us. It was a great experience thanks to him.

Colt was a great technician. I was unhappy about Verizon not telling me are offering me some options concerning my hotspot. He understood my frustration and told me I could probably talk to someone if I call 611. I have already written corporate office to tell them how they could make it right before I switch to US. Cellular

My husband and I went to this store for a new phone and was so glad we did. The customer service was amazing, everyone was pleasant, helpful, welcoming and went above and beyond for us. They even helped us lower our monthly bill by looking at our usage while helping us both get new phones. Colt was amazing, he deserves a raise.

Mike, Wil and Bobby at the Brewer, ME store provided amazing, timely and helpful service. Got our phone back on track after it randomly went haywire and offline at the worst possible time when we were traveling for a few days. They even served us coffee! 5 stars for sure for this Verizon shop team.

Very helpful service, Colt helped us get a great deal and was willing to work with me to make sure all our needs are met going forward.

Colt was able to get 3 of us all new phones with trade ins and changing our plan so we only will end up paying a little more a month:). Plus he got me tots from dunkin while I waited:).

Chris Watson was awesome to work with! Got me switched from a vintage prepaid plan to postpaid, with a new phone on promotion. No pushy sales, no intimidating offers or gimmicks. Smooth sailing from start to finish! Unlike the corporate locations, the people here are friendly and accommodating.

Colt was very helpful answering all of our questions and getting us set up with new phones. He's got a great sense of humor which we loved. Keep up the good work!
