Went to purchase a deep freezer, and the sales lady was very helpful. Made our visit to the store quick and painless! Lol! My husband was able to get a Military discount on top of the promotional discount, which was nice
Delivery was also quick... just a couple days. The delivery crew was on time, and they put it exactly where we wanted it. It was nice to have them do that as most appliances delivery people drop it at the door.
We will definitely shop at the Brewer Lowe's more often.

This store is convenient for me as I live fairly close. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and I find their app easy and helpful to use in locating products. Ordering online and pickup is very easy, so I use it to save time when I know exactly what I want. Prices are very competitive and products are extensive.

We have been working with Graeden to order all of our flooring and tile needs, he has also been super helpful with everything else we have needed and any questions we may have had. Would highly recommend Graeden, he was very easy to work with. Very happy with the service.

They stand by their products. During a home renovation I purchased a number of big ticket items that were durable, well-styled and affordable. A couple times pieces were damaged or missing & they were found, credited and/or replaced in kind of better. Staff proved friendly, knowledgeable & eager to assist. I love hardware stores. You can get anything and build anything from a good hardware store. Every employee I encountered was smiling, friendly, and professional.

I went in to get a shingle plane and couldnt find it. I asked an associate and he went on the app and said it was toward the back. The long and short of it turned around and they were right there. Anyways the associates do well to look over the workplace once in awhile. Love the place though...

They have a great selection of higher quality home improvement products than competition. A well placed store for convenience as well? I priced a home project for a roof compared to the competition.. Lowe's gave me more for less with discounts.

Lowe's blows Home Depot away! The service is amazing. The employees ARE actually knowledgeable about the products in their department. Spent a long time picking out appliances and the associate was very patient and helpful.

I had a hard time getting through on the phone but finally Chris from “doors and windows” picked up and was able to confirm my appliance delivery appointment. He actually sounded happy to answer the phone and genuinely happy to help me .
