Called at 12:30 AM because all our fire alarms were blasting and we could not get them to turn off. He was over quickly and very helpful.

Well first of all this would be a 5 star had one person whoever was driving the red truck had not decided to treat us like dirt.. tried to get his attention before he attempted to park on my drain field looked right at me and ignored parked right on the drain line then argued that my driveway wasn't big enough to park where I had directed him even though it was closer to the patient by 200 feet.. next when I was asked if there was another door he buts in as I'm answering and says I can tone it down. All I did was provide the information necessary.. so for all you in any service life saving or otherwise.. if you come to someone's home where their family member is needing any kind of assistance why would you ever ask someone to tone it down when you are the one getting hostile.. word of wisdom find a line of work where you don't deal with people in distressed situations.. your skills are absolutely unevolved and distasteful nor did anything you did on your own help the situation.. I hope that in the future you learn it's about the best for your patients not easiest for you.. or convenient.. and by the way I hope you lean to park where directed can save you a lot of headache and money
