10 stars to the ladies who baked my cake for my Dad's birthday. The online system put me down for wrong date and pick up time. These ladies were able to get the 1/2 sheet cake I ordered in 20 minutes. The Bavarian cream filling was so good and the whipped topping wasn't too sweet. This cake was delicious and I'll definitely order more again soon, just not online. 😘 thanks again

Big thank you to Jessica R. On night shift. Around 11:00 pm Tuesday night 1/2/23. She went above and beyond to help me try to find what I was looking for.
I was trying to figure the right way to flush the cooling system in my Toyota Tacoma. and Jessica went above and beyond to help me. From trying to locate the distilled water to calling her brother to ask the proper procedure for the flush. Then I told about a concern of not having enough of a certain product at night when I am able to get there. She contacted the right people and got more ordered...
This customer service is so refreshing with the baseline service typical of today.
So thank you so much again Jessica for leaving your busy job to help me out every way possible. I really appreciated that.

I was very surprised while I was waiting for my groceries to be brought out at the curb pickup. Out came five people, one dressed in a Christmas outfit. All wishing me a very Merry Christmas and presenting me with two gift cards for Meijer groceries, totaling $250.00. Needless to say, I was so overwhelmed and surprised. Truly made my day the day before Christmas.

Meijer is my go to store. I use MPerks to save money. Two workers helped me find items today. They are almost always glad to help.

Great deals on outdoor furniture cushions! I was supposed to see a sale on the cushions we were purchasing, considering summer had just begun. Staff was super helpful and very friendly.

A safe, clean store where they've basically got everything you need.

Found my recreational gas. Helps with keeping carbonator problems at bay.

Get my prescription filled out online and pick up in drive thru. Easy for me.

It was busy and a little crazy with the remolding going on. But still one of my favorite stores.

Their staff is fantastic at this Plainwell Meijer 191 location. They are friendly and helpful and I love the size of this “smaller” Meijer. The kids can get a free piece of fruit on our shopping trip and it’s our go to for most of our grocery needs. Nathan- the store manager seems to be a great leader!

Produce and meat department are always fresh. prices are very good. Store is neat and clean. Employees will gladly help you find what you need

Great job, Meijer, on implementing curbside grocery ordering! I've had an excellent experience ordering through the app, and love that I can clip coupons, use MPerks, or shop from the ad.
I have used this service twice now (Saturday pickup, around 11-12) and the employees working and loading groceries are very nice and helpful. I must admit I was a little uncertain initially as to where I would do my pickup (since there's a curbside area for pharmacy), but now I am acclimated and will continue to use this service in the future.

Just needed ice cream as we were going to visit family. In and out quick. Clean store and friendly staff
