Bobs True Value

Bob's is a true hometown hardware store. They have like 99% of the stuff we needed to remodel and renovate a historic home in Otsego. I think we made 225+ trips over the course of 9 months and spent XXXX dollars, so I'm almost a Bob's expert!

On point! They had everything I needed to complete the job this week. The staff helped me find everything I needed. They even had an obscure set screw that was missing out of the part I was installing. Saved my bacon!

A more friendly and helpful place there cant be. When the owner Bruce is there the knowledge is over the top. The only person i know that can tell ya how to do something he hasn't done himself, and be accurate. Fella is very smart. Prices are a little higher than big stores but way worth it. They have everything and you always get the right thing. Shop there. Help keep our small town hardware open.

I absolutely love this store. The cashier is amazing. She helped when I asked for it. She is always kind and polite. I recently purchased a trailer to pull behind the mower and I priced at least a dozen different stores and Bobs True Value was without a doubt the best price around. I saved almost a hundred dollars by buying from Bobs. It's a great down home store in Otsego.

Amazing staff and always willing to see if your satisfied before you leave the store if they don't carry in store and if they have online they can try to order it.

Bob's is a great hardware store. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and they know the store! I always let them know what I'm looking for when I enter, and get directed right to it, or helped finding the item! Charlie always goes out of his way to be helpful and available for questions. Great selection, amazing service, knowledgable, and very helpful! I came in this morning to get some parts to repair my hot water heater. Chris greeted me with a smile and got right to work. I got everything I needed and it was super affordable. Love doing business locally with good people.

Great small town hardware, friendly people and a decent selection. Loaded some heavy items into my truck no problem.

Went there to pick up Toro parts and I'm really happy with the help I was given. Simple to order your parts, and they phone you when they arrive. No waiting to get it fished out, ordered parts are at the check out.

The door was cool and they had a ton of cool stuff like mini frying pans and very large coolers. I would 10/10 recommend going and they let me use the bathroom
