We have bought two houses and sold two houses with Gearhead Homes.

Both houses sold quickly. I feel we were given good direction on setting selling prices in both cases and we were happy with the listing and sale prices. They also provided good advice on where to focus any repairs or updates prior to listing.

Throughout both buying processes they always supported getting us into houses quickly. This was especially important in both cases as the market was competitive in both cases and houses sold quickly. We never missed out on anything because someone from Gearhead wasn't available for a showing.

We have worked with Gearhead Homes on two moves and will definitely work with them again if for some reason the need arises.

The team at Gearhead Homes is great! Extremely friendly, personable, understanding, and full of knowledge. If you want a big garage home, like I did, these are the realtors you need. I was fortunate enough to work with Sean, Theresa, and Brian during my home search, which was an absolute pleasure. Sean worked diligently to customize my portal to find homes that met my criteria and specifications. Sean was also able to show me every home I inquired about (including several homes that I found on alternate house searching sites) right away while also working around my schedule. The team at Gearhead Homes was patient with me during my search and even showed me several homes twice, as I needed a second look before making a decision. This team is understanding of Gearheads like myself, knowing full well that we need to find the exact setup that will work for us and our needs. Cool setup

I trusted my VA Loan with this company and ended up homeless for 6 months as a result. They have a large team, so perhaps you’ll have a better experience. However take my advice and be sure to ask if the agent they give you works real estate full time. Unfortunately for me I was given the info for an agent that does real estate as a hobby for extra money. Needless to say, many things were overlooked, or outright ignored. I missed out on one listing altogether because my agent didn’t think the timing was right instead of just letting me purchase it. During my experience that left me homeless I was always short on answers and made to feel like I was just there to make them money.
Maybe you’ll have a better experience, just take my advice and ask for an agent that does this FULL TIME. Don’t risk your home to someone’s side hustle
