What a great group of caregivers. I was treated very well Friday-Monday while I was there. Dr. Guerrero and 2-3 other doctors and 10 + nurses and excellent hospital staff made the entire stay as good as or better than any hospital stay that I have had. The food was great also. I was not doing well when I arrived at the ER and I was able to progress quickly and get out to be much more comfortable at home.

I saw Dr. Bassilly regarding a cough and suspected sinus infection. Dr. Bassilly is an amazing physician who really listens to her patients and their concerns.

I walked into my doctors office almost in tears over the news that I learned I needed major surgery. Dr. Learner took so much time to listen to my worries and anxiety. I was so thankful for him. He told me he would help me get through it. This was just the words of comfort I needed. A huge weight was lifted and I know now I can go into surgery with a much better mindset. I am so thankful to have him as my physician.

Wonderful care & treatment as soon as staff realized I was an L4 patient there for CTs. I shattered my nose when I fell in a parking lot. I wish your parking was easier. I had to drive myself to ER - no handicapped spaces available and couldn't leave my car up in the drop off area.

Dr. Learner’s visit is always very efficient and he’s very generous with his time. Follow up imaging appointment at Ascention Howell was exceptional. I expected to wait as a walk—in but was pleasantly surprised. 15 min in and out. Very professional and courteous staff.

Dr Learner is a kind, caring, compassionate Physician,
Also very knowledgeable. He does the tests you need without 20 more you dont.
The back staff make prompt follow up calls when needed, and the front staff is competent and friendly.

I was out of it for the first five days there (ascension Novi ) for that time I was treated very badly by one nurse that will remain nameless. I had COVID and A-Fib at the same time. I was hooked up to every wire imaginable and couldn’t get comfortable and tossed and turned. “Nameless” kept yelling at me to hold still. And put a special camera on me to she could yell at me through a speaker on the camera that was pointed directly at me. Other than that, everyone else was good to me.

Appointment was on time. I didn't feel rushed & was able to have all my questions answered

Dr. Learner is the best. He always takes his time with his patients and really listens to what you have to say.

All my questions were answered. That is what I like.
