The print shop employees went over & above to help with a memory board for our 40th class reunion. After I picked up the poster, I explained I was looking for some colored small cards so the photos would stand out on the black background. She chose the perfect color and custom cut the cards right there while a waited. The poster and cards worked out perfectly! It is hard to find service like this anymore and it is greatly appreciated.

Always a pleasure to enter Office Max - staff always professional and friendly, knowledgeable on product availability and product related questions. I am in there so often that I am greeted by my first name (I don't see this anywhere else)! This visit I did not make a purchase; rather, I simply dropped off printer ink cartridges for recycle. Still the same amazing service!

Excellent customer service! Stopped in to hopefully print a document that was stuck on a weird notebook app in the wrong format. Ashley figured it out right away, printed it off cheaper than I had anticipated all in under 5 min. Thank you Ashley! Hopefully this gets you promoted with a fat raise😁

I needed something printed and was not certain how to get the data from my phone to the store. David at the Blaine store helped this Grandma get it done. He was respectful, knowledgeable and kind.

I wish I would have gotten her name, but last Friday 7/14/23, this employee went above and beyond! I called in a panic, because the company that was supposed to print my grandpa's funeral program, lost our order. It was 2 1/2 hours before the funeral. She not only got them printed in record time, she made sure that they all were neatly trimmed and folded. Great job! You saved the day, thank you so much!!

Kevin, the absolutely amazing gentleman at the photo counter, did amazing work helping me create a card for an old friend of mine. I'm very grateful. Super awesome and friendly service. She not only helped us get back up and runnning in a quick fashion but she helped us understand the issue, and went above and beyond for us to ensure we do not have that issue again! Office Max has closed a number of stores but they remain the best store for business owners big and small when you are looking for office supplies. They carry a wide range of stocks for every need. Very friendly staff who are well trained to treat every customer respectfully. I have been a reward member for almost 10 years and I will recommend office Max anytime.

Customer service has not gone away! I had to get alot of things for Shriners 100th Anniversay and I needed help problem solving. Ashley stepped right up, helped me find everything and even did some paper cutting for me. She was so helpful and pleasant! I wish she worked at all the stores I shop at!
