AT&T Store

We needed some advice on phones, and when the decision was made, we needed the transfer done. Trenton, the AT&T associate, was so knowledgeable and helpful! He was able to assist myself and my 13 year old daughter quickly and made the phone transfer smooth and quick. By far, Trenton is one of THE best associates I have worked with.

Trenton, Jose and Nathan took care of all my new phone needs. They are professional, focused and energetic with their service and communication. They were able to help transfer service and all information in to our new phones. Thank you for all your assistance and we will be back.

Jose, Trenton, Alex and Nate were phenomenal work great as a team got me great discounts and save me a lot of money very proud of those boys give every single one of them a raise.

I took my daughter into the ATT store and had the pleasure of working with the store manager. His name was Matt and honestly one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. He was very good with kids. Highly recommend!!

I went to the AT&T store to trade in my iPhone 11 for a iPhone 14 Pro since I can get the new phone almost free (sales tax). The person that we worked with was very professional and courteous. She assisted us right away and mentioned that the phone was unfortunately out of stock. Although I had to order my new phone, she assured me that when it arrives I can come back to the store and they will assist with any transfers, etc. I need to turn in my trade so I was satisfied with the solution. We’ve always had good service at this AT&T store!

Matt the store manager who helped me while I was there was just above and beyond helpful and patient, even though we were heaving technical issues beyond his control and it was about closing time he took the time to get it done for me and with the best attitude..
He demn near restored my faith in humanity that evening😁.

Went to upgrade my iPhone and was treated with incredible service. Everything was easy and explained all along the way. Very impressed with the manager John and his two newer employees - Kodi & Ben. This location is great! Jean helped us and was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. She really knew her stuff helped us look through and understand several options of plans and phones for our budget and even wrote down plans we could come back for in the future when we are in a better spot for my boyfriend and i to get the new phones we want! Even after spending her time trying to get us into a new phone we loved and we decided it would be better at a different time, she was very understanding and polite and suggested what we could do when we are ready. I would go back just for her! Wonderful employee who genuinely enjoyed helping us and giving us the best deals and options possible! Thank to you so much!

I don't usually go into cell phone stores unless I really need to, especially these last few months. I had been dealing with my phone intermittently charging but bearable, and also ordered a new screen protector, which I didn't want to do myself. I stopped in here and asked if they would be ok with just putting my screen protector on for me, and Cody, the guy that I spoke with seemed more than happy to do it for me. He did a great job, and my screen protector was perfect. He also cleaned my charging port and my phone actually charges correctly again! Great customer service, thank you again!

Love this store. Stopped in on Black Friday to see if I could upgrade and they gave me a great deal on a new phone plus cut my TV Bill in half. Worked with Susie, she is amazing. People here do everything they can to get you the best deals every time. Love it!

Automatic 5 Stars. Any time I need anything I come here. The customer service was absolutely PHENOMENAL, Every Single faculty member was very helpful. Kodi in particular is my favorite, she communicates well and is very understanding, she has a great attitude everytime I go in, and is extremely kind. After much frustration with my new phone 2 visits in to this store and Nick knew exactly what my problem was. He fixed that then I showed him a new problem with ringer sound and he wasn't sure but asked a fellow employee and fixed the problem. I love that branch. So so helpful.
