Stopped in due to my phone no longer working. Got helped by Josh who not only solved my issues quickly but got me a good deal on a new phone along with a case & screen protector. He did a great job and went over all my options with me. Josh is super friendly, and just overall a great person and very helpful. Thanks Josh 🙏🏻

Crista was great and very helpful! She ported my number over quick and easy and showed me her awesome case she had for the S24 ultra. I cancelled my amazon case coming in and ordered what she had online! I'm going to really enjoy my magnetic case at the gym :) Thanks Crista!

Crista was amazingly helpful with a fairly complicated transfer from T-Mobile, even working with some people on the plan that were in remote locations. She made what is usually a stressful experience a positive one. She gave good estimates of cost and didn't try to oversell.

Crista was FANTASTIC! She turned a 2-hour experience into a pleasant one. She was very friendly, very helpful, and overall a fantastic Verizon support! All the staff there today (all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful) make me glad I made the switch from a different provider to Verizon!

Dustin was so helpful setting up our new phones today. He is so personable,professional, and pleasant. He explained every thing so throughly. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. What a great experience we are so excited to use our new phones and tablet. Thanks again Dustin!!

This was the best experience I've ever had at any Verizon store. I usually refuse to go in because all the others I haven't had a good experience but this location was a dream. Definitely going back here for anything

I can’t think of enough words to tell you how helpful JOSH at the Baltimore Verizon location was. He not only helped get my new 15 apple phone going but has helped me with my SE watch pairing to my phone. He went well over and above with great customer service and problem solving with all my old granny questions. I recommend getting your next phone or upgraded device from Josh. I couldn’t be happier 💜📱🤩

Dustin at this store is awesome!!!
We had a lot of questions when we bought a new Samsung galaxy flip 5. He was very happy to explain and show us how to use it. (We are use to apple phones and this uses android base products)

It can be a pain buying a new phone and changing service it seems there is always something , but my experience at verizon was such a smooth transfer of purchase and service i was in awe! The sales associate/ phone tech Josh really made this a great experience. He was fast and knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns without hesitation. that is so important when i’m paying this much for a service. Don’t get that too much these days. So hats off to these guys making a difference in the world of cell phone sales and service . They soar where most others just, kinda muddle along.

We want to thank in a very special manner the most amazing employee and great friend Josh for his kindness, patience, and amazing customer service with our Mexican family. He was extremely helpful in all aspects and made sure we walked out of the store completely satisfied with our new phones. Would highly recommend :)

I came in needing to cancel a line, add another, trade in a phone, get two new phones, transfer data all over the place, and hopefully get out of there with the right plan and without it costing a fortune. Yonatan and Gennifer took the time to fully understand all of the complexities, offer me a range of options, and help me decide which were best for me and my family. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, patience, and willingness to walk me through all of the details on various offers, devices, and service plans. Bereket at the Blaine, MN location had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at Verizon! He helped me understand why my bill had recently increased. He also helped me change my plan to better suit my family’s needs and is checking to see if my recent phone purchase can be included in a promotion that I was not aware of. He deserves 10 stars! Very impressed with his knowledge, sincerity and ability to get things done!

This is the BEST cell phone shop experience we've ever had, and we've had a lot! My husband and I just left this Verizon on Baltimore Street in Blaine and we were SO impressed by the knowledge and expertise we witnessed, along with friendly customer service!! Would like to give 100+ stars!!!
