I bought a 2010 Prius from Rob and had an excellent experience from start to finish, can't recommend it enough! There's a lot of good infrastructure there, so it's quite a secure purchase.

Rob is also very hands on in making sure everything is working and proper with whatever you purchase from him. It's quite assuring. If you purchase from him I highly encourage you to save his number, as he's got an excellent policy of helping one out with their car long after purchasing. My sister bought a car from him and was able to receive awesome help many months after the fact.

I was planning to leave a review for a long time, but I never got around to it. More than a month has passed since the purchase of the Toyota Prius. This was our first experience of buying a car in US. It was scary to buy a used car. When I was looking for a car, I liked that the seller provided a warranty on the battery and the price was not as high as other dealers. When the car was inspected there were some minor issues, but Rob assured us that the car had been serviced and checked by a reliable mechanic. Rob seemed like an honest and reliable dealer. So I decided to buy a car from him. I always recommend to all my friends to contact Octane Automotive.

This was a very pleasant used car buying experience. Rob is careful about the cars he selects for resale and then provides all the information to a buyer so they can make a good decision. His price was fair and he welcomed us to contact him if any concerns about the car arose. After we decided to buy the car he needed to text someone, who was planning to come in later in the day to see the car, to let it her know it had sold. It impressed us that he never made any mention of the other person interested while we were looking at it and making our decision. I really appreciated the lack of pressure.

He also helped me obtain car insurance through another person. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.

This is the second Prius I've bought from Rob and there's a good reason I came back. Highly recommend buying any car from Rob, he is thorough and honest and as he's said on here he is available and willing to help you out with any issues that pop up even months later. The Prius mechanic he works with, Reno autos, is also extremely knowledgeable and more affordable than other mechanics I've used in the past.

He was flexible working with our schedule, and really made sure we got the car that we needed, and that it was in great condition when we drove away with it!
