Great customer service- bought a pill crusher at a local boutique pharmacy in Florida & not even 6 months later, bottom rubber on unit started to peel away. It totally fell off after 8 months. Called the company & they replaced it immediately. Product could use better bonding material, but this pill crusher is much better than the one at Walmart and easier on the hands, especially if you have arthritis. I'd give it 3.5 stars. 5 stars is really for Laurie who provided awesome customer service and replaced unit with a pull cutter/crusher at her suggestion. That one didn’t work as well as the one we had. So I called back & she promptly shipped a new one exactly like the one in the photo, except it's orange. Hope the bottom rubber lasts longer this time. 🤞

Wonderful place to work for. More recently, since I was hired on 3.5 years ago, I have been given great periodic training, and management does a great job in trying to get everyone reach farther towards their full potential.

I have used your bottles over 10 years as a heater . But sometimes the neck of the bottles would cracked & or the lids of the bottles would leaked. Your products has a warrenty for 10 years. I don't want to return to your office due to I could buy another one. I just want you to know the problems of your product.

Bought two EZY Dose pill cutters from your company and paid $6.62 for both. What a rip off! I used pill cutters for yrs. now. Your EZY Dose pill cutters are the worse I've ever used. The whole mechanism is non-functional. Resulting in all parts not functioning like it should or advertised. So sorry I bought them wasting $6.62. You have taken my money and I paid for product that does not work.

Hands-down the worst Experience of a job I’ve ever had I was being a little pretty much every day from my manager Darious Smith showed up at the day on time or 5 to 10 minutes early packed a lunch and was putting in my full potential everyday. They told me I how well I was doing even gave me a thank you gift card and so let them know that I was moving into my new townhouse on the first of the month and everything was fine. This past weekend I unfortunately found my best friend deceased and was absolutely traumatized and still am. I still showed up to work on Monday and told my boss what happened, and he said I should go home and morn. later on that day I did ask to leave if it wasn’t going to get me in trouble for leaving work and they said no of course not. I got a call at 6PM says I was terminated. That’s all I have to say about this company and the people that actually run the company Thank you you may want to check up on your receiving department Thomas Flick.

Unless you're friends with anita craft or related to her you wont go anywhere at apothecary. The place treats adults like children. Hands down the very worst job I've had in my entire life.

They fired a good working woman without any reason and paying her off so she doesn’t talk about the situation they are very toxic and when someone becomes a supervisor they work hard to get their family members job with no experience
