I stopped in after work on Monday, May 9, 2022. I picked up some chicken breasts from the deli around 7:30pm which is late and often times the food is not fresh. I usually get someone to help me at this time that is irritated I am there last minute as they are working diligently to close. I was very impressed with the young man that helped me and wanted to give him a shout out. There was no chicken left in the case but he went to the back to get me some. He treated me very respectively and I was impressed with his level of customer service. Thank you sir for making the end of my day more enjoyable. I also greatly appreciated all the fresh produce. The Cub produce team does a wonderful job!

The gentleman that fries donuts at this location is a real treat. Always kind and understanding and quick to try to help. You guys are lucky to have him!

Store is always clean and tidy, tho sometimes lines can be long. I have never had any issues. This last visit, Carrie M was very understanding and patient as I was trying to find my card. Had a smile and seemed very friendly.

Man named Peter working in the meat department REALLY hooked me up today. No, he didn't give me anything free but did some custom cutting for some beef ribs that I bought. Excellent, and fast, service.

Nice produce department. I was there for an Easter ham, which I found easily. I enjoy the fact that they also have a variety of cheeses and smoked meats. The staff was friendly and helpful, plus the store was very clean and I had a good shopping experience.

Great Deli options. I love the chicken wings and the wild rice soup! They always have what I need in stock and the employees are really good with helping if you are having trouble finding something.

Nice people that work there clean my boyfriend had a handicapped in there was 4 cards free to you so he could shop at his pleasure and everybody was so friendly and courteous to him he's for Minneapolis first time that he's shop at your cub and he just was very impressed by all the people and staff in the store how clean and nice friendly he like that he's thinking of moving out here thank you I go there because I'm just a cub person that always go there to do my shopping pick up my food when I'm too tired to cook and the food is always fresh great sales thank you to all the cashiers the people that work hard stocking and the people that keep that place clean and the managers thank you so much for your store .

I want to thank Patrick in customer service for finding two twelve packs of regular Vernors ginger soda. There were no 12-packs of the regular on the store shelf. Patrick looked in the back room twice and finally found 2 12-packs of Vernors(not diet Vernors) way up high on a shelf. Being from Michigan, I am so glad that Cub Foods carries Vernors(a Michigan original since 1866).

Yes we ordered cake and it was super sweet and design to you're liking.Another thing best chicken so far very delicious

Cub rocks! Where you pay for quality, it’s more convenient than Walmart. Cost is in between Byerly’s and Walmart. Great staff, always good products. This is what I expect at every Cub. Thank you.

Quick in and out most the time

Late night the cashier was helpfully, polite, nice, the store was clean, easy to navigate

I was shopping with my mom and 7 month old son, and a staff named Paul brought my boy a banana and even serenaded him with a Sam Cooke song... I was simply humbled by this gesture.

Calm atmosphere. Friendly helpful smiling staff. Has most of the things I need. Quick in and out. The cost is average.

This Cub foods has the most helpful staff. It is aclean and well stocked Cubs. It is worth making it your home grocery location.

Always friendly staff (at least to me, and I go there about once a week), decent prices and deals (check the circular and get the app), and decntly close to a lot of residential area in Burnsville.

Left 60$ at self check out and i was able to get my money back after i had gotten home and realized ! AWESOME CUB FOODS THANKYOU!
