I called ahead because my son needed basketball shoes and we were in a hurry. Dan answered my call and was happy to have a few pair of shoes waiting for us to try. We were in and out quickly. Thanks to the team for superb customer service today!

Always very well stocked, organized, and clean! I never have had to wait in a line for a period of time either. Even their parking lot is clean.

We’ve been going to Dick’s for many years. We recently visited on a Saturday that seemed exceptionally busy. After about 10 minutes in the shoe section a young woman named Mariama (sp) came out of nowhere and asked how she could help us. She was more accommodating, kind, efficient, and thorough than any sales person I’ve dealt with in recent times. She made it a pleasant experience for a person who isn’t crazy about shopping to begin with. We made a point of speaking with the manager on staff to recognize her and I felt compelled to do the same online.

Everybody here was great! I purchased a fishing rod here yesterday and my experience was awesome, I forget the mans name that helped me pick out my gear, but he was super helpful with info that I needed after not being in the sport for some years. Huge shoutout to that guy! (He knows who he is I'm sure). Lois checked me out and got me to sign up for the rewards program and a protection plan, everything sounded sweet when she explained it so I did not hesitate. When I got home with my new rod/reel I noticed that there was still a security tag on my rod.. (Which was partially my fault because after a quick look I told Lois I didn't see one while I was in the store and the tag is so small it is sometimes hard to notice so she didn't either). After a quick call they were super apologetic about this, they also let me know to come in to get it taken off and they would take care of me. I did this and I am not upset! Its not like they gave me everything for free but the whole experience from start to finish was over the top greatness with how they handled the situation. Customer service at its finest. I will be back for all my fishing needs for this next season. Thanks.

I needed new shoes this evening so headed to Dick’s Sporting Goods. Anthony T in the shoe department was exactly who I needed to help me find shoes that were supportive and comfortable. His knowledge of the shoes in their store was astounding. He was able to guide me to a few options that had the structure I needed. Highly recommended.

Place is clean & the staff were nice.

Helpful and friendly staff. I recently dropped off my tennis racket for a restringing. Within a few days I got a call that my racket was ready to be picked up and it turned out great! A+

Great store to go and get some golf clubs. Went on today to get a new 2 iron and Xavier was super helpful. Found two great options for me and got me over to try them out on their system. Very knowledgeable and will definitely be back. Give that man a raise 🙌 👏

This Store is Amazing!! I live over an hour away and when I got home, noticed that the ink security tag was left on 2 of my items, I called the store, they(Sarah) drove to my house within 3 hours to remove the tags and to top it off they gave me a Gift Card!! Also the CSR that helped us at check out(Grant) was Amazing, he was very friendly and interacted with my son about sports. BEST customer service I have ever had!!

This store is fantastic!!! Pretty much every type of sports equipment and all types of clothing from winter wear to sportswear. The after holiday deals were great too!! Found great buys on all kinds of stuff for my family members. The store is huge, well stocked and organized. The employees went above and beyond to help us out!! Definitely will be back soon!!!

Oh wow, the staff knew so much about what bat size and weight to get my 12 year old. This is his first year ever and I almost bought a high school bat that he would not have been eligible to use in his league. I am so grateful to them. Will definitely go back in the future.

Great experience. They helped us get 2 brand new bikes with perfect sizing installed kickstands for us and the bikes were wonderful even walked the bikes out to our vehicle. Will be coming back for all my bike needs. GREAT PRICED BIKES!!!!!!!!!

The customer service is AWESOME! They helped me out when I was unsatisfied with my products and they were super friendly and the manager made sure I was satisfied before I left every time!

Just went in last night and bought some clubs, their head golf associate is awesome. If you need to get new clubs, go see CT. He’s the man, even if they don’t have what you need in stock, he’ll help you order it. Great experience, not unlike what you’d find at a gold only store, maybe even better.

Great big shout out to the manager at this store, perhaps all stores. We bought our granddaughter a Wilson volleyball yesterday Her and grandpa were going to hit a few, her first hit went over neighbors fence that had a great dane in yard, needless to say he got the ball, punctured it. Went back to get another one, they gave it to her for free. Cant thank you enough. We will now be loyal Dicks sporting goods customer's , you made our day

I am always over pleased by the staff here. My boyfriend came into a little hiccup with his putter at some time, and even after they were closer the associate was determined to solve the problem. A+++ to the associates that helped. I wish I could remember names
