The general manager at this location is great. I had received a lot of conflicting information regarding the price match policy on a heater I was buying. Feeling very frustrated, I talk to the general manager and he made everything right. Definitely cares about the customer.

Menards is a great store similar to home depot and Lowes but has a bunch of other stuff as well

My husband and grandfather were at this Menards yesterday. While there, my grandfather had a heart attack (he is okay), but we were so unbelievably impressed with each of the sales associates here. While rushing to get my grandfather to the hospital, my husband left his phone at Menards. They went above and beyond to secure his phone and offered help/assistance prior to them leaving the store. Absolutely phenomenal customer service, and beyond great employees. We are so grateful and appreciative of each and every one of the employees who were there yesterday (September 14, 2022). Was missing a odd shaped paver from a circle kit. Stopped in on a Sunday and asked them about it. They took my name and said they would call. Tuesday morning I got a call Aren Hyelm and they had my replacement paver in the store. Great service.

I had a pickup order and the process went pretty smoothly. They still have a very good selection of mulch (most discount stores are already sold out). Also picked up some post cement at the last minute and their app pointed me right where it was, and it was a decent price.

Always have what I need. Knowledgeable staff, one of the first places to require masks, despite the purported conservative leanings of the family. Does your kid go through headphones like 70's Chevy Chase went through "Back Medicine?". This is a great place for cheap ones.

Great place to get plants, wood, paint, mulch, and many other things for projects around the house. Also a great place to get advice on projects you are in the middle of completing. Great help with the Bathroom remodeling project. Needed help with tile selection for adding shelves in the tile wall. Had couple of options. Cut it into the main tiles or look for an accent tile to run around the level. Or use a built in and avoid the tile issue all together.
