Cashier was very helpful and polite.
Thank you for being so thoughtful and caring about getting coupons. After COVID it hasn't felt the same. I felt that on my visit.

Went here to pick up a shop to store order. Waited in line for about 10 minutes while an employee was helping another employee buy something. Then, when I got to the counter, I was told my order was back in self pickup. So I went back there to grab my order of shoes. Looked in all the boxes and couldn't find it. Asked an employee who got the store manager to help me. We looked again for the shoes, didn't find them. He checked the shipping and receiving area and the backroom. He said he would replace them with a pair of shoes in the store if I found a pair while I waited and he didn't find them. They don't carry my Bigfoot size in the stores. No luck, the shoes were nowhere to be found in the store. I explained I needed them for a trip coming up. He was very concerned and flustered that the shoes were nowhere to be found. But he refunded me my money and gave me a little extra to go the extra mile for the mishap! 😀

I really enjoyed my experience in the sephora here. I struggle with getting the correct foundation let alone the correct products to use. However, Uyen was the associate that helped me get the correct products. She is very informative & I am confident she will be able to help you with anything you need!

Amazon returns are in the back middle of the store. They are not where the Kohl’s return are located. It’s so easy dropping Amazon prime returns here. I love it! You don’t even have to put it in a box just pull up and have them scan it and leave. They do give you a 25% off coupon with your return-receipt when you drop off something for Amazon. They have amazing bathrooms here!! *Back right corner*

I thought the product was overpriced even on sale, but I bought it because I had a 30% off coupon. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the backrest pillow and I'm glad I bought it.

The cashier Joey was very friendly, curtest and helpful. Provided me with the best service I have received in along time.

Your typical department store. But unfortunately basically out of good winter coats already. Just a few lightweight ones left.

Nothing new. Although, the lady that was attending ys answers all the questions we've had. We were looking for a dress and she went obove and beyond to help us, and she also made recommendations where to go, and she was just so nice! I wish i got her name because she was exceptional at her job.

I went in yesterday to pick up a self pick up online order and it wasn't there. I just wanted to say that Jacob went above and beyond to get me taken care of thank you so much for everything.

Love my local kohls 🩷🩵 floor staff are always helpful and willing to help you out. Showed up for new interview clothes and she was in the men’s business clothes changing prices and helped me with finding sizes and everything I needed.

Only thing is the cashiers are very very pushy for the kohls credit card and if you say no. They aren’t that friendly anymore or say one or three words after you say no.

Definitely will be continuing to use the kohls app!
