CVS Pharmacy

We were just at Chaska Target CVS. Francis helped us. My husbands meds copays was 1000.00!! That would have emptied our checking acct. But Francis got on it and found a discount coupon. The meds cost 135.00!!! We had to go to Lakeville to pick it up, but at one tenth the cost. Thank you for having employees like Francis who go the extra mile for all of us!!! Francis you rock!!!!

Good customer service, friendly staff

Target is much much better than Walmart. We are very happy find quality goods at Target. Stuff are very customer centric and knowledgeable.

Went to get some over the counter med. The staff was very helpful in helping me pick what I needed. Love going to CVS.

Never busy, good customer service for the most part.

Seriously, not terrible. Actually, fairly good. Staff is pretty green, so some questions have ridiculous answers; but then I ask to speak to someone else. They are only human and the workers do their best. Have patience.

Three stars. Sometimes they are amazing and sometimes they are terrible. Really depends on the staff and their work load.

Took ~7-10 minutes for her to enter Rx.....seriously??

We will not be back. I have used this pharmacy for years, but we are not satisfied with the service 50% of the time. Multiple times medication has been filled for a quantity less than the bottle says, and it is always a stress to fill medication that the doctor has changed the instructions on.

Went to pick up my Rx and waited over 10 minutes in line without any movement. It's peak time for people to be picking up their Rx's, you'd think they would have another employee at the front checking people out instead of having a line impeding traffic throughout target. Do better CVS, there are plenty of people you can hire for help.

9:30AM prescription sent in. 4:30PM prescription still not ready. 30 minutes in line minimum no matter the time. This has been my experience on multiple occasions, yet my stubbornness for convenience has yet made me switch pharmacies.

Went to get a refill on my medicine and couldn’t fill not enough pills to fill 30 day supply., told me they should be in today. The blond was very rude & should not be working there. So today I went back to try refilling again & of course there still waiting for it to come in. This is a control substance medication I’m on & not to be skipped this will be 2 days now that I didn’t get medication. They told me to check back tomorrow. This is a awful pharmacy to go.

Normally very friendly staff but not tonight. Some employees should not be allowed up front near the customers and the young lady that "helped" me tonight was one of those employees. A little friendliness offered can go a long ways but her tank was apparently empty. I hope tomorrow is a better day for her.

Blonde pharmacist was rude and disrespectful. She makes me want to change pharmacies. Plus they never have my prescriptions ready when they say they will and staff give conflicting information on refills. They also send me texts constantly which are inaccurate refills too despite me asking to have them update it or not text me.

They have 4-5 people behind the counter. 1 at the register and a line 9 deep. The Blonde heavy set pharmacist should not be permitted to speak to anyone. She treated every customer she talked to like children. Stick her in a basement hospital pharmacy in the suburbs.

Awful customer service. The blonde pharmacist with short hair shouldn’t be working with the public. Her attitude is terrible and permeates through the entire team. It isn’t just a bad day scenario, it’s every single time we’ve encountered her.
