The Home Depot

I love coming to Home Depot to buy plants. This location has a very large selection of house plants. Today I got snake plants, spider plants & a few succulents.

They also have a great variety of building materials.

The shelves are pretty well stocked at all times.

The service is excellent. There are both cashiers & self checkouts which are well tended too & not too fussy.

I love that they allow dogs. I don't bring mine in but I love when I get to say hi to new pup friends, it makes my day.

A++ Home Depot.

Liza and Holly provided excellent customer service to me. I had a concern about the cost of an item and they personally double checked and then adjusted the price. I really appreciated it.

Go to home improvement store for quality products. Enjoy Rigid brand tools. Picked up a light for my nephew, also some quality hand tools. Observed some trying to steal a shopping cart full of power tools, caught by the entrance host.

Been working on my BMW x5 brakes and ran into issue after issue. Came to Home Depot to get a bolt extractor kit on 6/29 and forgot my wallet. Tried to use apple pay but I guess that isn't available. Was frustrated and disappointed because I was leaving for Chicago after the repair.. BUT an angel Synia Montoya paid for my kit on her own debt card and allowed me to reimburse her. This act of kindness blew me away and I will forever be a loyal customer. Can't believe her wiliness to help solve a solution that wasn't her own. Class act! Synia is destined to go far in life - no doubts about that. I hope management finds this and give her the recognition she deserves.

Staff is always willing to help anyway they can. Just ask.. This one employee wasn't sure what I needed, but she went above and beyond.. We left happy customers. Definitely recommend

So many employees that are anxious to help. FRANCIE has worked at the chaska HD for over 21 years. She’s a knowledgeable asset.

Came in to pick up a tool chest and we couldn't make it work with a rental truck and trailer. Manager and staff were super friendly and helpful trying to load this enormous box, eventually they ended up comping me a home delivery FREE! And they refunded my rental fees right then and there. Thank you guys for all the help and im sorry for the headache! Alfonso and his staff are great and I would recommended anyone to this store!!!

My review is mostly because of the assistant manager, Michael, who was working customer service. It was super busy on Father’s Day, and he was handling many requests for assistance both from shoppers and fellow workers. He made sure to address issues in the order they came up (and had to almost put a worker in her place when she pressured him to put her clients before others who had been waiting longer), and he really took control of the chaos. We really appreciate him trying to be fair while making sure everyone was taken care of.

I needed to replace a defective item I purchased a year ago and the cs lady was awesome when I explained the defect. I was impressed by how simply she allowed me an even exchange. We also bought a nice step stool, pliers and 2 nice pots for our houseplants. Every interaction with employees was positive and efficient.

This Home Depot is in a convenient location. The store is well staffed and they are helpful!

I just did an order pickup and it was perfect. I used the Home Depot app to check in. An employee came out promptly with my order. I do not know his name but he was very friendly and courteous 😇. Thank you for providing this service 😁

Great experience at Home Depot. Bought something there yesterday that hubby wanted me to exchange. But I went through self checkout and forgot to take the receipt. Went to Customer Service today and, by scanning my credit card and the product, they verified the purchase for me and issued me a refund. Easy and pain free.

Love Home Depot! I like that any employee you run into asks if you need help!! Most of these types of stores are huge places&finding someone to help is frustrating&time consuming! And, they're always smiling-that's a big deal! There prices are competitive and they also have lots of stuff on all the End Caps that are on sale! I've found alot of things I would of paid double for, even online. Make sure you look for a shelf in the paint dept! Everything brought back is marked down-it's great when looking for paint, caulk, tape, etc!

Jillian was positively excellent in assisting me with a price change when a bulk item was not in stock. She was very knowledgeable and even trained another employee on the process as she helped me.

They have a huge inventory. The atmosphere is friendly. They are a bit understaffed with respect to retrieving large items from overhead storage on high shelves.

Jacob in the plumbing department went above and beyond all expectations to help me with a plumbing problem I was attempting to fix. He was very patient and thorough while explaining how to attach a new water line in my bathroom. He helped me avoid the cost of hiring a plumber and I will definitely look for him at Home Depot next time I'm in a pickle.

The entire team at this Hope Depot location is awesome!
