Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle is always great. It seems like the team at the Chaska location cares because they always give great service and are personable and fun to talk to while getting your food. The food and flavors are one of my favorites!

The manager was super helpful and he made the best bowl I’ve ever had. 5 Stars for him 👍🏻

Awesome food, fresh ingredients atmosphere inviting. Alot of kind employees. We were there last night and ate the whole bowl which is 2 meals.

This chipotle is the most consistently good location. Every other location is hit or miss for me, mostly miss. The lunchtime workers are very nice and give decent portions!

I'm not sure why so many people have had bad experiences here. I went at 2:45 ordered inside and took it to go. It was one of the freshest chipotle locations I've been too! My bowl was filled perfectly and the food tasted amazing! The only disappointment was that there was about 7 people working and only one guy on the line so he also had to work the register. I wasn't in a hurry but could understand that being frustrating to some. Overall it was a great experience and I was very satisfied with my food and the workers being friendly. Would definitely return if I'm ever in the area again!

If you are in the Chaska/Chanhassen area, this is a well functioning Chipotle. Except for an unusual uncooked rice event once, the food has been good consistently, and they have all the ingredients on the menu. Although I have not dined in, the place is kept clean.

Wonderful service, good food, fresh, and not to spicy. They do like to use a lot of cilantro though, which i done exactly like, but it definitely does not stop me from eating the food. We were a party of 4 (2 kids, 2 adults) and paid $24 total, which is an absolute steal in my books, especially with reference to the quality of the food.

Surprised by others reviews. I haven’t had an order messed up yet but my orders are always straight forwards. I always have ample food. I don’t check if it’s “filled” the bowl since it always is a massive amount. Food is usually hot when I order online. The servers do seem young but they always seem friendly enough.

It is a good chipotle the most we ever had to wait was five minutes.

I had a Quesadilla it was okay, the Queso was terrible. A cheese quesadilla with chips and a drink over $20

You can tell alot about a restaurant in the simplest things.for instance if you order chips at a Chipotle you can tell right away what's going on with management how often they change the oil or if they allow stuff to sit in the oil and get burned and change the flavor of the chips. this particular Chipotle has the best flavor chips in town. and everything else they do is spectacular the quality of their food and the quality of service is amazing. A shout out to Marianne and Lindsey for spectacular service at this location. They're so good they should be moved around to show others how it's done if management is listening this would be a good idea because some of the other Chipotles just don't have a clue.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. We just went and had a good experience! We were scared from all the bad reviews but decided to still give it a shot because it's close to us and employees were very nice, food was great, place was clean. Please don't let the reviews scare you off.

I visit this store almost daily with my son after daycare. We split a bowl and I've never had an issue with portion size. The employee's are nice and the store is clean.

My original review was taken down. It was announcing the construction and including pictures of the building under construction. It also mentioned the shared parking lot with ALDI and Starbucks.

So now I'm posting a new current photo of Chipotle.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided today by the new general manager Dawn, What a pleasure. I will continue to make the Chaska location my go to location as long as she’s around! Excellent job, thank you!

the best chipotle around! very clean and consistent. beware of the chanhassen chipotle! drive the extra 5 minutes and come to the chaska location!

Just opened a few days ago and it already runs like a well oiled machine. The service is fast and friendly. The food is freshly made and delicious. I recommend you check this place out. You won't regret it.

Okay oddly enough I have only been to this city twice and both times I went to this Chipotle. It is your standard run of the mill Chipotle with all of the same offerings. The one thing I did notice is how small it was compared to others I been to. I attribute this to it being in a small town. Clean and friendly staff though!
