Dale worked on two guitars of mine and just great in all respects. My steel string he said when he finished it "would be a joy to play." He did not lie. It sounds and feels amazing. It has never sounded this good and so nice to play. Also fixed up a vintage guitar. Also magical. Very reasonable prices. Fast service. Highly recommend.

That guitar score surprises me every time I go in there it’s full of good stuff. I can’t believe some of the things that are in there Vienna. It’s on the little neighborhood guitar shore, but it is fabulous and Dale is awesome as far as repairs and listening and it’s just a nice guy.. I love the place

I love this guitar shop! I love knowing the person who's working on my guitar. Turned my guitar in to a Guitar Center once. The whole experience left something to be desired. Never even talked to the guy once. The guy at vintage strings is very knowledgeable about all things guitars and amps. I couldn't have asked for my prized Kramer Assault Plus to be in better hands. Can't wait to have my other guitars worked on here!

I love this place. Small neighborhood guitar shops seem to be a thing of the past, and I remember them fondly from the 70's and 80's. I thought they were all extinct. This shop is a trip back to that era. Nothing glitzy, nothing fancy - but so real and authentic. Dale is a super nice guy, with a ton of knowledge, and he is an actual luthier. Took my Les Paul Standard in for a new nut and setup, and it was done perfectly. Had him put new pickups in my Telecaster, and a setup. Again, perfect. And the prices? Unbeatable. Dale is my guitar guy from here on out.

This place is a hidden gem no question! Found the guitar of my dreams here and am so glad I made the stop! Would highly recommend this place and maybe you’ll find the guitar of a lifetime here as well. Can’t say enough about my experience here at this specific location. Awesome little guitar shop with a great selection of vintage and modern, electric and acoustic, 6-string and bass guitars, all in fantastic condition, and perfect for beginners, experienced and everything in between guitar players. Amps and other equipment available. You'll find some very cool and unique guitars. Owner is very friendly, inviting and helpful. Stop in just to take a look. It's worth your time. Limited hours but does take appointments.

This shop is in my neighborhood and I’d been waiting for an occasion to pop in. Getting my daughter her first guitar as a Xmas gift gave me that excuse. Dale was super nice and helpful and I got exactly what I was hoping to find. Highly recommended!

I was able to walk in and get my acoustic guitar re-strung and set up in half an hour. They did above and beyond work at a ridiculously low cost of just $30 for a set up. That's better than you can find anywhere else. Highly recommend Vintage Strings for any of your guitar needs!
