Ordered sweet & sour chicken - $9.95.
House fried rice - 9.65. Total was $21.12.
Amount you get is pretty big compare to other Chinese restaurants, little bit cheaper too and taste is decent. I'm giving 5 stars because the food price is cheap for the amount you get for the decent taste.

We've ordered from here several times for take out and delivery. Love the tofu & veggie options. They always meet my expectations when craving take out. We receive large portions and FRIENDLY SERVICE every time!

Ordered delivery from the hotel. Food was delivered piping hot. Ordered scallion&shrimp in garlic sauce, teriyaki beef, and chicken wings either oyster sauce. They put in egg drop and cheese wontons for free. The cheese wonton breading were more like churros lol. Everything tasted perfect except for the egg drop, a little too salty for me. But for the small cup they put it in, it’d be okay for most. A larger size of that soup and the saltiness would get overwhelming quick. The beef teriyaki was so chewy and flavorful. The scallions didn’t taste like they had sand in them like other places. The vegetables were cooked enough for the sauce to seep in but still crunchy through. Obviously I ordered too much food, but eating that the next day later, the food still retained its flavor, texture and crispness.

To the owner.. not sure why but your restaurant doesn’t pop up when searching restaurants in the area. Even when I zoom in on your location. I was lucky to stumble upon one of your menus on foot. Only if I type in the restaurant name, your business pops up. Good luck, I hope you get it sorted out and your business gets busy

Great food! Got the orange chicken based off of employees personal recommendations and it was so good. Dare I say one of the best in the Twin Cities! Employee that was working the register was also very nice. Definitely coming back here again!

Good food when you’re on the run for lunch that needs to be delivered a moderate delivery fee applies For Free Delivery if you spend more it’ll work in a pinch to get your tummy full and you’re back on track for the rest of your day. I like the Egg Foo Yong but I also like the Kong Pau Chicken and I also like the pepper beef Kung Pao beef is pretty good too.

I have yet to be disappointed with their food delivery through ubereats. The cream cheese wontons are amazing, light, and sweet. The fried rice and beef/chicken with garlic sauce is delicious. Fried or steamed dumplings are a must! If you like it spicy, make sure to ask for extra spicy! I'm picky and this is my go-to restaurant.

Had the most delicious Chinese food last night. The beef and broccoli was so well cooked and my kids loved it. The chicken balls were so clean and not greasy. The rice was fluffy and tasty. One of the best we have had. Well done.

I’m a picky eater and always have trouble when it comes to ordering, The staff at Hong Kong Garden are very friendly and take their time with me on the phone. I appreciate that more than anything.

I’d get delivery from here once a week if my waistline could afford it. The chicken wings with no sauce are the BEST and are delivered with hot sauce packets that dress them exactly the way they should be. We also order the mixed vegetable entree and I’m always pleased that the veggies aren’t over cooked. Best cream cheese wontons ever, I don’t care if they’re cooked from frozen.

First, time eating here. I had shrimp and broccoli combination and hubby had pepper steak combination. Food was fresh and clean tasting!!! Great! Price on combination platter, also includes a drink as well. Definitely will go again, if I'm in the area.

Absolutely the BEST food, been coming here for years. They've never let us down! Excellent food! Deliveries do take a while but is well worth the wait

My absolute favorite take out place by far. Delicious food, decent prices and great employees. The have a huge delivery area and the drivers are always so personable. 100% recommend. I always order the house lo mein and the shrimp fried rice and they never disappoint.

Staying at hotel nearby and ordering for delivery. The guy on the phone is nice and give us extra plates and utensils and sauces.
Strongly recommend their beef with broccoli.very tasty.We also love their lo mein with chicken, tasting much better than other Chinese place.

Iv ate here over a dozen times. Not once ever had a problem. I do order ahead and pick up. As I don’t usually ever have anything delivered since I can drive. . .

Flew in to Minneapolis late one night, I was hungry and I called HKG. The delivery came at the promised time, the order was correct, and the food was warm. The fried dumplings were good - they had a nice ginger flavor you don't get in most commercially prepared dumplings. The shrimp egg foo yung was also good - more egg than vegetables, and plenty of shrimp.

I wasn't expecting haute cuisine, I was expecting a good meal at a good price - and that's exactly what I received.

I'd eat here again, and next time I'm in MSP, I probably will! :)

Went here for the first time on Christmas with some friends. We were really impressed by the food which came out extremely quickly and was hot and fresh. I really enjoyed the Wonton Eggdrop Soup, Cream Cheese Wontons, Meat Wontons and Pineapple Chicken. I will definitely be back.

One and only halal chinese restaurant in twin cities. I ordered chicken fried rice and chicken chow mein. Quality and quantity both good. Waiting for to order more and add updates here :). Take out or delivery only.
