Walmart Supercenter

This review is specifically tied to the Vision Center.- came in with my son (who is physically disabled) to get him new glasses. Fadema was absolutely the best! She was very patient and helpful with him going through his options. She was very knowledgeable about transition lenses, which he previously had an issue with. She had great solutions to his concerns. She did all this with grace and a beautiful smile. Brianna assisted her with making sure she gave us all necessary information on sales and such. They made a great team this day!!! Thank you ladies for making this such an easy interaction!

Found this gem at Walmart. They are tablets to turn your shower into a sauna!! No bathtub needed. Love it!!

Some of these comments are quite.... Asinine! Never seen so many miserable people before. This Walmart isn't even bad, but let these folks and I'm noticing who is saying it most or calling it "Ghetto". However, I won't even go there.

You'd think having police in the store would be welcoming, but folks complain. Items are locked up because well stores are struggling with theft. Doesn't matter where you go. Certain things are locked up because they are high theft items.

You're spending your own hard earned money, but get upset that you have to utilize self checkout?? I'd rather use self checkout and go about my day!!! People saying "I don't get paid to bag my own groceries" sound like a 2 year old throwing a tantrum. Artificial intelligence is taking over so you may as well get ready and or used to it.

If a store is messing blame the customer! The employees aren't doing it! If one or 2 people give you a bad experience don't blame the entire store! Some of you don't need to come in public at all because you're so unhappy within yourself.

Common sense isn't so common now a days and customer service isn't what it used to be because the CUSTOMER doesn't appreciate these folks. I wish I could comment on some of these reviews because Jesus! People are so..... Selfish, rude, play the victim and more or just rode the short bus growing up! Some of you need to GET A GRIP, GET THERAPY, STAY AWAY FROM THE PUBLIC OR ALL THE ABOVE

I had a really good experience. The only thing is is that anytime you want to go in there and get Visa cards cause I work with a nonprofit they always turn off your card because of so much fraud. That’s the only bad thing about Walmart but I guess they’re helping the customer

Walmart is not my favorite store. However for this Walmart I am giving 5 stars because every time we go there to buy bait for fishing we get one with no problem. This time we got green worms. First time for me. Never saw green before.

This location is very clean and have lots of good stuff. I will definitely be back!

They recently remodeled the store. I enjoy the added variety of food items and other products. Hopefully they can keep the store looking nice and keep the expanded variety of items in all areas of the store.

Wonderful experience today despite EVERYTHING having moved! Thomas and Omar are the handsomest most helpful guys! My elderly mom wanted to stick them both in her purse and take them home with her. 🥰

We were looking for compression socks high and low but with the help of the store associates we found them thank you so much for being so helpful and kind.

Walmart in Maple Grove is the best,the one near 494 is ghetto.. maple grove is huge, pleasant,worth the drive.

Customer service assist was incredible this is why Walmart is my favorite superstore and the only place I come to to get my fishing worms I live downtown Minneapolis and will always only come to Walmart!!!!!!!!!

I only had 1 major issue, thankfully self check out assistance girl was there to help me, I picked up a 9pc saucepan/kettle set for $16.98 but it would not allow assistance to lower the price to what box said, than another employee came over, took out all pieces & 4 were missing & the pans & lids that were inside the box were Very Dirty & scratched up bad. whoever let customer return the box of pans, did NOT check condition of the pans. I did NOT buy it. Who would??? terrible condition, return counter NEEDS to check out every item returned before giving back their money. or new customers get SCREWED.

Well what can I tell you but it's super. I like this actual Walmart. It's very variable and it's very comfortable. I haven't seen any boa constrictors or people running down the aisles in thier underwear. I have also saved money on my therapy. I can sit in that store for 4 hours and walk out feeling like a new man and a whole lot better about myself.

Love the lady that works in the money center... It's Walmart 🤷

Largest furniture and household domestics of any Walmart. Make-up selection was very underpar.

Pharmacy was the best I have encountered

This Walmart is nicknamed "ghetto Walmart" by most people who work at a few of them, says an employee. I think it's a decent one! Lots of fresh produce*(busy enough to keep them restocking often), a large variety of ethnic foods>especially HISPANIC/ASIAN, inexpensive meat*(especially southern type items/smoked hocks and other types of pork). The parking lot DESPERATELY needs expansion>& expanding it would increase business. I feel safe shopping here because no less than 3 cop cars sit out front most of the hours they're open. That means nobody's going 2 try silly stuff like robbing customers on the way in or out, right??? I guess they have a lot of customer drama*(say multiple employees) and shoplifting at this spot*(thus, the numerous police cars), but I've never personally seen any while shopping there, for years. Customers will act sketch, blocking aisles in places like cosmetics, so don't come with attitude...u need 2 be quiet/patient and go with the flow 2 get to what you are searching for. I often choose this Walmart over other ones if I want really fresh produce, ample choice in pet products, health/beauty & seasonal/holiday stuff. Just don't choose this one for your elderly friends, as it's not easy 2 drop them off at the door/too busy...& once inside, they're overwhelmed by the crowds. Also, handicapped parking spaces are never available. They need to add more of those when they expand the inadequate parking lot. I have never dealt with customer service at this store, but I guess it's a challenge in that realm.

The manager at the customer service desk remembered me from the night before. She was so helpful and nice and had so much patience. Great job!
