Very professional, very customer centric. I was amazed that from the time we signed the contract to new roof fully installed was 1 week! The crew was very polite and respectful. I could not have asked for a better installation, customer service or all around experience! I would highly recommend them!

We are very pleased with the job Erie homes did on our new Gravel embedded steel roof tiles. They were pretty efficient, very respectful of us as we moved around them and finished the job pretty much on time.

I’d like to think Erie home and construction on a beautiful job on my roof. Unbelievable difference in cooling my home. Amazing time from the time we purchased and the time installed was amazing unheard of very good job cleaning up after them self and a great bunch of people and a great warranty shouldn’t have to worry about this roof for a long long time thank you so much every woman construction.

The roofing crew worked all day to complete the work. They were polite and very busy. They were very professional and pleasant to speak with. I had no where too take my two dogs and they worked with us to let the boys out when needed. Very reputable company. I have already referred my friend. Quality work and a good price.

The crew was on time. They were efficient. They did what they said they were going to do. The company does what they say they will do. They have an excellent product and service and they follow up on everything. They are very concerned about getting the job done right the first time and making sure things are done well. The crew arrived on time, was well-organized, efficient, and cleaned up the site - have not found a nail yet. Finished in a single day. Jose kept us informed throughout the process and used a drone so we could see the new roof from above.

Erie not only did an outstanding job on our roof, but worked with us on pricing and financing so that we could get this done before the first snow hit. The guys that put the roof on were meticulous and very professional. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

My roof has not been replaced since 1995 . It looks great now . Very happy with the job. All the young men worked very hard. The clean up was very good. Have not found anything left behind.

My roof was 22 yrs old & had issues w/worn out areas of the shingles & moisture starting to get in underneath. I was very impressed with Bradley & Cole who came out to do a very thorough inspection & demo about their higher quality under lining & fiberglass shingle, made exclusively for Erie! The next phase was getting a time scheduled for install, but this only took until the following week.

Alfredo & his crew were excellent. We had some rain that started after installation began, but my roof was immediately covered by tarps while the rain passed & we had a bit of a delay. Once the rain stopped the crew worked into the early evening hours to complete the job in 1 day. The site cleanup was very professional & thorough.

We had to wait a few days until the correct color of the gutter guards were available & delivered to their warehouse to complete my project, but then this was was also done in just a few hours on the following Monday. A video was taken by Alfredo & his crew to show me the entire gutter guards in place with the new roof.

Alfredo & his crew then went above & beyond & cleared the leaves & put some of the extra gutter guards I had on a small section (about 20’) of gutter that is on my separate attached porch when I inquired if it was possible.

The quality of the product far exceeds the mass produced shingle that is out there on most jobs. The 30 yr. warranty is clear & simple & if things need to be addressed I will only need to make one call to Erie.

This is a POSTIVE review, but I will tell the story. The ORIGINAL Erie metal roof was installed, I believe, about 2011. I had some issues with one section of the house and had to have the original team come up twice to do the repairs due to a leak that damaged some portions of the interior of our home---Erie did pay for the damages. The sheetrock was replaced (from water damage) in one of our rooms and the roof was "fixed;" there was a HOLE in the roofing paper. All in all, it took TWO years working with the original Erie contractors to get this fixed. When I originally contracted Erie, their rep was based in La Crosse, WI (30-40 min from my town). When I needed repairs, I found out that the La Crosse office was no more and the closest team was based out of St. Louis, MO! Anyway, the repairs were completed and we thought all was good and then a storm hit in 2022 and we discovered more leaks (in the SAME ROOM that was just repaired!). I did some research on the web and made some phone calls and discovered that Erie had an office only about 2 hours from where we lived--ERIE HOME MINNEAPOLIS. I was put in contact with Fidel Velasquez and was HIGHLY relieved after talking to Fidel. Fidel was highly respectful and understanding and ABOVE ALL---he did the right thing by us and his company. I explained all the past troubles I had in detail. Unfortunately, the same model/style of metal shingle that we had on our roof was no longer available and Fidel had mentioned the original was not really the "right" shingle considering the 3/12 pitch for my roof. He recommended another metal shingle--gave us a choice. We selected based on Fidel's recommendation. A team was dispatched to do the job in November 2022. The team leads were Armando and his son Jose. I watched as Armando and Jose's team uninstalled the old roof and installed the new roof. Their team did ALL THIS in ONE DAY. I was very impressed!! I took a close look and was even move impressed on the QUALITY of workmanship. Armando and Jose's and team had a synergy amongst them---it was TRULY a TEAM EFFORT as each member of the team did their job---even the CLEAN UP. One person would go around every so often with a magnet to pick up any screws that may have fallen. IMPRESSIVE TEAM!! Thanks ERIE HOME MINNEAPOLIS!

From start to finish, the experience was awesome. My questions/concerns were answered on the spot. The clean up was super.
My roof looks great! I even had some bad wood boards underneath my bad shingles and they were replaced. Very pleased!

Very easy to work with. Our roof work included solar panel removal and re-installation- Erie worked directly with our solar vendor to make the issue as painless as possible.

Kind, knowledgeable, no pushy scae tactics, they do what they say they will do. No unexpected charges, financing available. Great work in the roof. Looks great & no more leaks. Very happy.

The worker's did an excellent job, although was getting late in the day, they could of worked in getting a few more nails that landed in the grass, and have a better english speaking representative there. Otherwise looks good, they had a tear off, new decking good materials and done in 2 day

Work was done on schedule, worked until after dark to finish, cleaned up following morning, were very personable and persistent that we were happy. Gutters were installed on time and as directed. Very good job and company to work with. They know what you need and do it .
