Love this restaurant!! The staffs are super friendly. Today I order Khao Soi one of the new recommended menu, honestly, I am not a fan of this menu but Khao Soi is very great!!! I ate it all even the juice 😋. Can’t wait to go back and eat this menu again. I would recommend Pad Thai as well, the taste of it is the most similar to Pad Thai in Thailand compare to all Thai restaurants in MN.

As usual this place is always serves amazing food. They might have up and down in food taste sometimes but it’s always delicious. Love each and every dish they have. You can try any dish they have. Make sure there spice levels are pretty spicy so be careful when you order.

Joy's Pattaya Thai Restaurant, Richfield. This cozy neighborhood establishment is like feeling comfy with friends, but being in a whole different world as soon as you walk through the doors… but home. Clean, basic menu is as welcoming, as the environment.

Incredible experience! I’ve never had such amazing Thai food before. My husband and I came for my birthday and we had crab rolls, pad Thai, Tom ka soup, and chicken satay. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was really nice too, and the service was excellent. I can’t wait to come back. Don’t pass this place up, it’s phenomenal.

Joy's Pattaya Thai is the best Thai food available in the Twin Cities, and I don't say that lightly. Tonight I sampled a number of appetizers and entrees. Trust the chef. This is authentic Thai cuisine.

The restaurant offers authentic Thai food. You'll be greeted by friendly staff, eager to serve as you relax and enjoy your meal. There is parking behind the restaurant and street parking. If you enjoy your meal really spicy, ask your waiter/waitress.

Cute quiet place. Food was great, even though main dish was a smaller serving than other local Thai places. Thai iced tea was one of the best I’ve ever had I could drink it by the gallon. Service was great. An item was missed on our order, and he made it right without delay. Definitely recommend

Got the Tom yum veggie..super good!!! I've read other reviews here saying that it's over priced and under portioned and I totally disagree. Fairly priced for fair portions! Just because it's Thai food doesn't mean it 'ought' to be cheap. Vibe inside was lovely and staff were friendly. Would definitely come again next time I'm in town.

Promt and friendly service. Clean, pleasant, tasteful atmosphere. Excellent presentation, taste and all good freshly cooked. Superb quality at a very reasonable price.

I decided to eat pad Thai with chicken. It was very tasty, sweet, and had big chunks of chicken. They put the crushed peanuts on the side so I could mix them in. Did a 4 out of 5 spice level and it definitely could have been more spicy, I'll try 5 next time. Overall a nice sweet meal.

Awesome local spot for tasty Thai food! Be warned they bring the heat!! The medium spice was hotter than anywhere else I’ve been - but still sooo good!!

Dina my waitress was outstanding. She was friendly, and she had a big group, but yet still gave the rest of the customers the attention they needed.

One of my favorite Thai places in the Twin Cities. Their pumpkin curry is delightful and the staff have always plated our meals nicely! Highly recommend!

I went with 2 family members and we had a great time. The lady who hosted and served us was so kind and patient. The place was decorated so beautifully but we were the only ones there. The food was so amazing!!! We ordered the Chicken Satay, Tom Kha Soup, Tom Kha Soup Noodles, and the Pas See Ew Noodles. The Jasmine Tea was so good too. We even stayed a while after paying and they didnt mind. Loved it!!!!

Fair price and perfect food amount my favorite one is the crunchy crabs rolls, papaya salad that come with crispy pork rinds can’t forget to mention super tasty Padthai and the wings i can go without the sauce because it already taste good without dipping the sauce teehee i mean if i wanna write down all of the stuff i love would be so long but anyway highly recommended!

been here several times in the past week, yes this place was the gems for Thai foods, good for hanging out with friends and family the building are quit smalls but the food's bomb! Today had the pad fried garlic with shrimp and pork to completed the dish, the male waitress was recommended me to top up with fried eggs and Thai iced tea on the side, the food combination was Perfect~ Amazing! I had a great time at Joy's tonight will be back.

Love this place. Love the food. Love the staff. My friends and I always get take out and have a beer at their tiny bar while we wait for our food. You can get your food spiced from 1 to 5. If you are a true spice head like me do not let the 5 scare you. They need a secret pro spice level. This is not a criticism, as someone who loves the burn it's hard to find a place that truly has something that is hard for me to eat. Whatever they use though is some of the tastiest spiciest food I've had in the city and surrounding area! The flavor is AMAZING!!!!

This is my favorite hole in the wall. The employees are always friendly and the food is amazing. I recommend the spring rolls and pad thai.

An added bonus is that they have great vegan options.

Fresh, authentic and fairly priced. Inside is like a old American diner with a Thai twist. Staff is professional and fast. Great spot for a lunch meeting.

Found Joy's on a whim and glad I stopped in! I might've come after the lunch rush because it was quite empty when I arrived; which is a shame because this is a gem! I ordered the pad Thai with mock duck and I got an eggroll as a side! While both were delicious, the egg roll had chicken in it. I'm not sure if they had a plant-based alternative. Server was friendly and helpful! Great vegan options!
