I have been buying my tops/t-shirts from here for a while. I like that the fabric is cotton (cotton blend). Feels great (soft) against my skin. They never fade, and retain their shape and size for multiple years.

I still use their pants that I had purchased over 10 years ago. Although these pants do shrink. I air-dry them upside down - to have them fit me properly.

In recent years I have started to like that their color choices are lighter abd brighter.

As many have said - their sizes tend to run larger.

My first time visiting Land's End and it won't be my last. The employees were so friendly and helpful. One of the employees took some time to show me around and also showed me items where I can get great deals.

Ordered slim pants today for school. You are the only store that I have found that offer inseam selection. My 1st grader needs a 22" waist & 22 1/2 " inseam. Now I only wish that you would carry the iron knee blend chinos yr round so they when he goes onto another growth spurt I can order longer ones in Jan/Feb.

Stopped in to make a simple online return and was greeted warmly (surprising these days for a retailer) by their staff to help. Return was quick and easy. Store was clean and not littered with clothes strewn all over. Pretty pleasant place to shop, though men’s section seemed a touch small compared to kids and womens.

As the photo says, customer service representative Janna helped me select this for my little God son and aided me in using the store's kiosk to order him a swim set of appropriate size and a slim dress shirt for myself. In short, very helpful and great selection at a surprising low price!

Always love looking around at the high quality, comfortable, cute, economical clothes. There is always something to fill in gaps in my wardrobe, usually on sale. Really cute flannel tunics & a great selection of bathing suits. Attractive, useful canvas tote bags.
