A cool best buy! The employees consistently asked if we needed help at all parts of the store which was very helpful of them. I didn’t need help, but I know if someone did, they would be helped very quickly without having to ask! The location was clean and the bathroom was one of the cleanest public restrooms I’d ever been in. The location had several items to choose from: TV’s, phones, gaming systems, accessories, and a lot more. They even had appliances! Most appliance prices ranged from 3-6k dollars, but there were cheaper options that ranged from 1k> to 2k which would be perfect for a first appliance. I recommend coming here if you need a new appliance such as a fridge or a stove, or if you want a new electronic device such as a laptop or TV.

I have had great experience the past several trips here, staff throughout the store have been friendly and helpful. Online order pick up has also been easy and quick. Also the assistance I got with loading a TV in my car was done with care not only to the TV but my car as well. Last weekend (Black Friday weekend) had an appointment with geek squad for my tablet, the geek squad was friendly and helpful and my appointment was even started a little early.

Jonas went above and beyond to fit our new TV into our car with us and had a spectacular attitude about the whole thing, even when the trunk didn't close initially. A true 5-star man!

I’ve always had great customer service experiences at this location. Today, topped them all when Marcos went out of his way to help me replace my Zagg screen protector. Professional, polite, informative and speedy!

Best Buy in Richfield is awesome, love the new layout and how friendly sales are. I felt like I was in a fancy showroom purchasing a car while this associate ran around and got my order ready and even some other things that I had forgotten. Full service stop Thanks to friendly staff and associate who helped me.

I purchased a laptop, the one I wanted, not the one they suggested. Two days later, when I returned the laptop I bought, they cheerfully refunded, without a told you so!

Went with son to buy something he had saved months for and young guy helped us and was fantastic. He made it a really special moment for son.
Also just got a dishwasher- in and out in 15 mins, no messing.

I went in needing to replace a pair of headphones right before Christmas and received exceptional customer service beyond what I expected from manager Dan. Thank so much!

Samantha AKA SAM in the Verizon phone department was a great help. We needed help elsewhere and she didn't mind going the extra mile to help. She's a great asset for Best Buy, very sweet and personable, and smiles a lot. She made our purchasing a gift for our 7 year old child a nice experience that we'll remember a long time. We lived the TV department, there were so many that we couldn't decide which to buy. We will buy one soon after more research.

I bought my computer here. I got a great deal on it, it’s the HP aviator. The help there was great. Greg went above and beyond with no pressure and really help me select the right one

Two separate orders - first was a 65"LG G2 TV which we had delivered and installed by Geek Squad. Nadjee, our installation expert was phenomenal. We were installing the TV in our new. house before we had any furniture and he worked with us to get the TV to the right location & height and was a true perfectionist. He was so good when it was time to order our soundbar it was a no brainer to go back to this store just to request Nadjee again. He showed up again and brought his A-game. He installed the soundbar and in-wall cable management system flawlessly. He made sure everything was centered perfectly. The sonos logo from the soundbar is perfectly centered with the TV. He's a delight to work with and I'll continue to order from Best Buy as long as I can have Nadjee handle the installations.

Dasin (technician) took extra care to ensure that I was fully informed about my laptop issue and what I could expect next and when I could plan to pickup the laptop. Thank you Dason for going above and beyond! LeAnn

A good store, always really good deals on several items and staff are quick to ask you if you need help. And great location, lots of other useful stores next door so you can shop for all kinds of things at once. Also, ordering stuff online for pick up is really smooth.
