Express Durable Medical Equipment

Great and fast service for my elderly parents in-laws! We have been with them for a few years now and hope they don't leave the business like many other suppliers that come and go.

Great Company!

Not my first time using a DME supplier and was afraid of using another one from my past experience(shady). This Express place made everything so simple for me and were professional. I am a first time mommy and my experience with this supplier was painless. They took my information over the phone, got a copy of my prescription from physician, and delivered to my front door. I didn't have to lift a finger (just to dial their number lol). They were delayed in response but I am sure it was because I had hand written prescription, I think... Baby is happy and I am even more happy with my brand new breast pump. Overall, I would use Express again for future breast pump needs.

Terribly disappointed in their business. They billed my insurance for my equipment and I did not receive it until a month after. I called during the month numerous times and left several voice-mails (more than 5) to find out what was going on and did not get a single call back. I finally got through miraculously to be told that my product had at last shipped, that they had attempted to deliver before but no one was home (I'm a stay at home mom....that's unlikely) no note was left to indicate an attempt and when they had been finally delivered to my home....I was out of town and the temperature outside was subzero with windchill....I'm praying my expensive equipment is not ruined due to their lack of communication.
